"Are you sure you don't want to come tomorrow?" You asked looking over your phone at your boyfriend beside you.

"Trust me. I would love to come but I cant." Peter sighed as he looked up from his homework. "I already told Aunt May I would help her with some things." He frowned.

You hummed quietly before looking back at your phone. While you were looking forward to the weekend trip at the beach with your cousins you were disappointed he wasn't coming with. "Okay well I have to get going before mom gets mad that I'm not home for supper again." You said standing and stretching. "Tony covered for me last time but I doubt it'll work again."

"Yeah well since I won't see you before you leave,' Peter said standing up, 'be careful but have fun okay?" He said hugging you.

"Oh I will. The four of us girls don't know how to have a dull time." You laughed before giving him a kiss. "Try not to miss me too much." You smiled before leaving the small apartment. You stepped out onto the street and raised an eyebrow at the car out front. You smirked as the tinted window rolled down allowing you to see inside.

"He wanted to make sure you made it home in time for supper." Happy said looking up at you.

"Of course he did." You chuckled as you got in the back seat. Even though he wasn't your real dad, Tony had adopted you shortly after he and Pepper got married. "I miss supper one time and mom looses her mind. She blames poor Tony and now he thinks his neck is on the block all the time." You chuckled as you buckled in.

Back at the house you made it with minutes to spare and your mom pointed the serving spoon at you as she sat a dish down on the table. "Wash up. Quickly." She said trying to be stern but it didn't work out too well.

"Yes 'mam." You giggled and winked at Tony who was setting cups down on the table.

"Oh nice of you to join us this evening." He stated as if he was flattered by your presence.

"Oh I have to mingle with the commoners once in a while." You replied with airs while washing your hands in the kitchen.

"(Y/n)!" Pepper warned at your tone.

You rolled your eyes. "I'm kidding mom!" You groaned and flopped into a chair. You had no clue where you got your humor considering it was nothing like hers.

"What time are you leaving tomorrow?" Tony asked after a few minutes of silent chewing.

"Some time around noon I think. Courtney said she would get me when she had the chance." You said thinking back to the text with your older cousin. "I'll finish packing my stuff tonight in case she is early." You assured Pepper before she could ask if you finished yet.

"Well if I don't see you before then, have fun." Tony said as he began to clear his plate to retreat back to whatever it was he was working on now.

"Yeah thanks." You echoed behind him as he walked away.

"Are you ready for a full fun weekend get away?" Courtney asked you while the other two girls in the car whooped in response.

"Yes please get me out of this place for a while." You pleaded as you threw your bags into the trunk before getting in the back.

"Oh please." Your one cousin, Miranda, scoffed, "look at everything you have at your disposal. You're just not playing your cards right." She said flipping her hair over her shoulder to look at you.

"Sorry I don't play my mom and Tony against each other to get what I want like you do." You retorted with a smile which made her giggle.

"Well you should, you could have so much more." She said completely un-offended.
