(Y/n) POV
Shigure started laughing.
"(Y/n)? I didn't even recognize you!"
He said pulling me into a hug
"neither did I, until I saw you. I had classes with these two and didn't recognize them."
I turned around with a smile
"Nice to see you again, Yuki, Kyo"
"Wait! What's going on here?"
"everyone, this is (Y/n) Sohma."
Shigure said
"wait- oh, now I see it. You've changed a lot"
"so have you yuki. Kyo, have you beaten his ass yet?"
We all laughed at Kyo pulling a face.
"WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING AT RAT!? FIGHT ME RIGHT NOW!"
"fine, but don't cry when you lose again"
"wait, rat? So she knows?"
"oh, yeah. Found out by accident"
"what did akito say?"
"she could keep her memories"
"that's strange".
"I thought the same thing"
"wait (Y/n), are you one of the zodiac too?"
"yes she is-"
"do you want me to tell you or do you want to guess?"
"let her guess, it won't be long."
Time skip
At dinner we all talked about what happened while I was gone, u was caught up on all the events I've missed. I've missed hanging out with Yuki and Shigure, Kyo still has a stick up his ass tho.
"so (Y/n), where are you staying?"
"do u have to be honest?"
"preferably"
"in my zodiac form, in an alleyway."
"you're kidding."
"I'm not, the house I rented was sold."
"you could stay with us or-"
"I'd rather stay here"
"why? Akito must miss you"
"ugh, noo. Never say that again!"
"where do you want to sleep?"
"with Tohru or-"
"she's sleeping with me"
"Kyo, are you sure?"
"umm, sure. If it's ok with (Y/n)"
"yeah sure, I'll sleep with the cat"
"then it's sorted goodnight everyone"

higure offered me to stay here, I'm just glad I don't have to see Akito's face again. Kyo insisted that I stay in his room, it's ok with me. In the old folktales the two cats where lovers and that was expected of us.
We where in his room getting ready to go to bed.
"Kyo, do you think Tohru would have spare clothes for me to sleep in?"
"why wouldn't she?"
"ok, I'll be bright back then."
I said leaving his room knocking on Tohru's door.
"come in"
I walked in
"oh (Y/n), what brings you here? Is Kyo being unreasonable?"
"no actually, I'm wondering if I could borrow some clothes for tonight?"
"oh of course"
She gave me some clothes and I was off to Kyo's room.
"(Y/n)?"
"kyo?"
"if you don't have any spare clothes, in what do you sleep?"
"I already told you, in sleep as a cat"
"you're able to stay in that form for that long?"
"and longer. You get use to it after a few nights. It's better than seeing a random school girl in the middle of the night"
"Hmm"
He said while thinking.
"well, I'm going to sleep. I'm exhausted"
I twisted and turned but I just couldn't get comfortable.
"what's wrong?"
"I'm not comfortable"
He didn't reply, rather he just transformed into a cat, spinning in a circle before laying down.
"what are you doing?"
"if you're not comfortable then sleep like this"
I smiled doing the same.
I curled up next to him and within seconds I was out. Reminds me from when we where kids, we always slept like this
