█ ▆ ▄ ▁"Are you sure, Namjoon? You really don't know or you can't think by seeing him like this?"
"Fuck, Jeongguk, I don't know how I'm feeling about this right now!" Namjoon couldn't help to yell, ignoring the stench now by moving his hand away. "I-I mean, I'm glad someone did this for us since I don't have to commit it but it's really fucking odd that's he's already dead by someone else killing him!"
Jeongguk sighs, standing up on his feet and taking off the glove, shoving it in his pocket. "I know. It's pretty fucked up seeing someone dead like this. But this is serious. Who else would've killed him instead of us?"
Namjoon lowers his eyes, knitting his brows and trying to think through his past.
Before the horrendous thing happened between Woojin and Namjoon, Namjoon does slightly remember Woojin talking to someone else while they were together. From how cautious Namjoon was during the relationship, Woojin was only friends with that one guy. He doesn't remember the name. And the image of his face is all blur. It's too far in the past. He can't remember strongly.
"Woojin talked to..some friend of his while him and I were together..." Namjoon spoke up, nervously biting his thumb while he thinks through.
Jeongguk placed his hands on his hips. "Do you remember his face or name at least?" He asks.
The older sadly shook his head, remembering that the guy wore a mask to cover their face. "No..but he was at least two years younger than me and two years older than you."
"The guy you're mentioning is twenty eight now?"
"Y-Yeah. This might be his doing... He had some type of affection towards Woojin in the past and probably got overly obsessive that..I guess he couldn't help to murder him in the doing." Namjoon looks at him, moving his thumb away from his mouth. "I-I don't know... I'm just assuming this..."
"The murder for sure is recent. His blood isn't molding yet and it's still slightly fresh out of his body." The younger explains. "I would say he's been at least sitting here for a few hours or a day."
Namjoon gulps hard. "So..he might be still here?"
"Why would the murderer stay here, babe? He'll already get caught from the gunshots. If the public heard the gunshots, Woojin's body wouldn't be here anymore and there'll be yellow tapes everywhere, like an actual murder scene. You wouldn't be able to scan the place like I could if I still had my job."
The older sighs, crossing his arms. "I get your point. Sorry. I just..the type of street this is..people wouldn't care about gunshots. They would just ignore them."
"Let's go before something else happens." Jeongguk says, reaching over to softly grab his hand.
Namjoon nods in understanding, holding his hand as he both walked out of the bedroom. Then a thought clicked, making Namjoon stop walking and let's go of the younger's hand.
"Wait a second."
Jeongguk stops, looking at him. "What?"
"I have a odd thought."
"What is it?" Jeongguk curls his brows.
"Didn't you say..Taehyung had a small obsession about eyes?" Namjoon nervously asks.
"I saw him hung himself. There's no way he did this, babe. Taehyung's dead. And how would he even know Woojin?"
"It's just a stupid thought, Jeongguk. I don't literally mean it. I know he's dead—it's just..weird that his eyes are suddenly gone." Namjoon mumbles.
"Let's just go find your father, okay?"
"Okay." Namjoon nods, both of them now starting to walk forward. "I'm sorry that I brought it up..brought him up."
"It's in the past. It doesn't hurt me unless you make fun of his death." The younger's replies.
Namjoon lowers his head. "Right..."
