"Quit cheating!" I laughed after Bashar pushed me out of my spot while we were playing the Micheal Jackson Experience on just dance.

It was the day after my grandma's Sunday dinner and I decided to invite Bashar over to my house just to spend some time because I couldn't think of anywhere to go so we've just been hanging out at my house for a little.

"How am I cheating? You fell out yo spot" He said.

"No you pushed me," I said pushing him back and making him fall on my couch.

The game ended and of course, I won even with being pushed out the way so the jokes on him.

"Don't be mad because you're 40 dollars down out of your pockets" I said snatching the two twenty dollars out of his hand.

"Who said I was mad? You acting like I can't take that back literally in my sleep and think I'm playing" He said as I sat next to him on the couch.

"You're lucky I can't even get close to 40 dollars in 2 weeks" I scoffed

"Y'all get paid that little?" He said as I nodded.

"That's crazy, what about your job at the daycare?" He asked putting my arm over my shoulder.

"Oh don't even get me started on that job it's not as bad as the diner though but taking care of kids under the age of 3 and getting paid like you just washed somebody's car is frustrating and exhausting I'm so grateful that I like kids," I said as he nodded in agreement.

"You know if you need anything or help with anything financial or whatever I won't mind helping you Khloe," He said.

"Oh Shar, you don't have to do that I'll be ok it's not like I'm struggling or anything with the money and it's not like I'm settling for those jobs anyway," I said politely declining his offer.

"But I want to so let me do it," He said in a demanding tone.

"Fine only when I ask I don't need you to be just surprising me with money and stuff like that because I'll feel like I'll owe you and ill feel bad because I feel like you could use your money on something more important," I said pointing my finger at him.

"Or I could spend my money on somebody more important," He said smirking.

"Exactly like you're mom, your sister, your gran-"

"You" he added in interrupting me making me roll my eyes.

"Stop" I whined "Dont waste your money on me seriously," I said.

"Well too bad because I want to take you shopping before I leave so cut it with that whining," He said

"You just don't give up don't you?" I sighed.

"Nope," He said popping the P in nope.

"Of course, So when do you want to go tomorrow?" I asked crossing my arms.

"We gone have to I have to leave the next day," He said.

"Yeah you're right I forgot about that," I said.

"But anyway what do you want to do? We ran out of things to do" I said leaning my head on his shoulder.

"Hmm, Ion know you wanna watch a movie or something?" He asked looking down at me.

"Sure," I said reaching for the remote and handing it to him.

"Do you wanna watch "The CHI?" He asked me

"Yeah we can watch it I'm still on season one," I said making him look at me crazy.

"You serious right now that show has been out since 2018," He said.
