You think about your life
All the wonderful things you plan to do
But some seem so far off
A singer
An Olympic champion
A hero
A winner
And all you feel is loss
But what if you dreamed
Dreamed a little dream
Hoped a little hope
Wished a little
Tried harder
Joined a team
Scored a point
Accomplished something
And then
Then the dream can grow
To win a season
To master a routine
To write your own song
And you do
You will
All it takes
Is for you to dream
