A few weeks had gone by and Betty was practically done with school; she was just preparing for graduation.

Isabella was spending the day with FP and Alice so Jughead was helping Betty pick out her dress for the graduation.

She had tried on multiple dresses but all of them were really tight and weren't fitting her correctly.

She was really upset so she just crawled into Jughead's lap and cried.

Jughead- Baby it's okay, we can go shopping so you can pick out any dress you want.

Betty- I-I d-don't want that...why don't my d-dresses fit me anymore? (sobs)

Jughead- I don't know Betts.

Betty- Am I fat? (cries)

Jughead- No, no you aren't. You look amazing.

Betty- T-Then what's wrong with me? (tears)

Jughead- Nothing Baby, nothing's wrong with you.

She thought for a few minutes quietly until she realised something.

Betty- Juggie, what day is it?

Jughead- May 16, why?

Betty- Shit... (quietly)

Jughead- What's wrong, love?

Betty- Um, nothing.

Jughead- Are you sure?

Betty- Y-Yeah, I'll be right back.

She got up from his lap and walked into the bathroom.

She had been in there for almost five minutes and Jughead started to get concerned.

He wanted to give her some space but at the same time he needed to know she was okay.

He got up and knocked on the door but as soon as he did she ran out into his arms.

He looked down at her and saw the tears pouring down her face.

Jughead- Hey hey hey, what's wrong?

Betty- I-I'm s-sorry. (sobs)

Jughead- What? Why are you sorry?

She got really quiet and his her face into his chest.

He rubbed her back and gave her a kiss on the head trying to calm her down.

After a few minutes she was calm but still crying slightly so he took her to their bed and pulled her into his lap.

Jughead- Why don't you tell me what's going on.

Betty- I can't. (tears)

Jughead- Why?

Betty- You're going to be mad at me. (quietly)

Jughead- No I won't love.

Betty- F-Fine. (quietly)

She took a shaky breath before handing him a small white stick.

His eyes widened as he saw two vibrant red lines.

Jughead- Wow, um...I-I...

Betty- I'm sorry. (quietly)

Jughead- Hey, Betts, you don't have to be sorry. It's not your fault.

Betty- B-But it is. (quietly)

Jughead- No it's not.

She looked into his eyes and nodded while snuggling into his chest.
