Part 33

~Time Jump~

It was now a month later and Betty and Jughead had been home with the babies and Isabella.

Betty was still struggling a bit since she was still in some pain but she needed to be able to help the babies.

She had been spending so much time with Gracie and Jackson since they basically needed her 24/7 but Isabella wanted to spend time with her too.

It was really early in the morning and everyone was asleep until Betty and Jughead both heard a cry.

Betty instantly jumped up and was about to check on the babies but Jughead stopped her before she could.

Jughead- Betty you still need to rest, go lay back down.

Betty- Jug I can't, they need me.

Jughead- Let me bring them to you.

Betty- Fine.

She got back in bed while Jughead walked to the nursery.

As soon as he walked in he saw Gracie crying while Jackson was just chilling with his little toy.

Jughead- Gracie, baby, what's wrong?

He picked her up and she calmed down really quickly.

Then he went over to Jackson and pulled him up into his other arm.

He changed them and then went back into their bedroom; Betty instantly took Gracie from his arms knowing she was the one that had just been crying.

Betty- Why were you crying, baby girl? Did you just want some attention? Yeah, I thought so.

Betty rocked her in her arms for a minute while Jackson was lying on Jughead's chest.

After a few minutes they got hungry so Betty fed them both and then their eyes started to become heavy.

She put their pacifiers in their mouths and then put them in the little extra crib that they had in their bedroom.

Jackson already had his arm on her protecting his sister from everything, it was adorable.

Jughead and Betty smiled at their babies before getting back in bed and falling asleep.

They slept for about 30 more minutes and then they felt a small person crawl into their bed.

Betty opened her eyes and smiled at her daughter who was resting her head on her chest.

Betty- Ella, why are you up so early?

Isabella- I wanted cuddles.

Jughead and Betty both smiled and moved closer to each other, squeezing Isabella in between them.

She giggled and fell back to sleep as they held her.

They all stayed asleep for a while until Gracie woke up crying again which woke up Betty instantly.
