Chapter 6 ~ 𝑲𝒆𝒏𝒋𝒊𝒆~

We've been walking for a while now.

We all went quietly till

'Crack'

We heard and jumped. It was just Ben.

"Sorry I stepped on a twig." He apologized.

"Ugh, come on, man."

"You gave me a heart attack!"

"I should step on you." Kenjie threatened.

"𝑲𝒆𝒏𝒋𝒊𝒆." I glare.

"You're lucky." He says to Ben looking back at me.

"Its okay, Ben. We are all on edge." Darius says.

"And lost" Yazmina says. No shit Sherlock.

The girls started with the phone story again. Oh my God. Ben tried to quite them down

"My fellow campers, chill. What we need here is someone who can make the call on what to do next. Since I'm obviously leadership material... I'll do this. And my first degree as leader is for everyone to stop talking and just listen to y/n and Darius." Kenjie says pointing towards us both.

"Huh?" He ask.

"You got us out of camp alive. Plus, I can blame Darius if anybody gets eaten." He shared.

"So, which way guys?" He asks us. Darius looked at me and we looked around. Darius said he knew where we are by Toro cage... which is torn opened.

"That means... that means Toro is out here... with us." Ben says scared.

"Now we have to deal with the Indominuse Rex and Toro." Darius states.

"Wait. How do you know about Toro?" I ask Ben.

"We all know. Kenjie told us, like, the day after it happened." Yazmina tells us.

Me and Darius glare at Kenjie.

"In my defense, me saving you was super cool." He says smiling.

We sighed.

"We know this enclosure is due North of the main park. So, if we keep going that way, we'll hit the visitors center?" Darius asks.

"Correct". I responded.

Awhile later........

I was walking next to Kenjie when he took my hand and winked. I rolled my eyes and carried on.

We than saw a Dinosaur on the ground and said the Indominuse Rex was here.

We than heard rustling in the bush and hide waiting for it to come out. It comes and we all scream till I saw...

"Bumpy!" Ben called and ran over. Oh that must be the baby Dino thats Kenjie said Ben fall in love with.

"Cute." I say.

"And drooly, and smelly." Kenjie added.

"How do you even know its the same Dinosaur?" He asks.

"Her big head bump." Ben says. And went off about his own life.

"We still talking about the dinosaurs?" I ask.

"Shouldn't be moving south?" Kenjie ask.

Brooklyn didn't want to walk knowing the Indominuse Rex bluh bluh bluh idk I was playing with bumpy. We than all discussed that's we will go to the lab.

"What about bumpy?" Ben ask. You gotta be kidding me.

"She belongs in the wild bro" kenjie says.

"And she'll just slow us down. We gotta go." Yazmina says after.
