Chapter 57 Levi & Alexia

Levi POV

Well, this was not what I expected to do really early in the morning. I was walking around the gang's base, looking for Mrs. Suzuki. It turns out that after Sebastian told everyone that she suddenly disappeared, everyone immediately began looking for her. I was one of them. I looked around for her at the base until I stopped when I heard two people speaking up ahead.

"Listen, all I'm saying is that I might know where she could be at right now, but I'm not sure" someone said.

"Well, let's go check it out. You might be right" a different voice said. I didn't know who the first voice belonged to, but the second voice belonged to Lizzy. Mrs. Suzuki's friend.

"No, Lizzy. You stay right here and look for her around here. I will go alone just in case I'm wrong" the person said.

"But Romeo" Lizzy complained.

'Romeo? That name sounds really familiar. I heard it before' I thought. I slowly looked around the corner and saw Mrs. Nile talking to a guy with brown hair and brown eyes. He seemed so familiar for some reason, but I didn't know from where.

"I'm sorry, but no, Liz. Go. I will come back with her if I find her" the guy named Romeo told Lizzy. Lizzy nodded. I immediately came around the corner just when both Romeo and Lizzy went their separate ways. I quickly followed Romeo but kept my distance to see where he was going.

I followed him for a really long time. The walk was really long. Finally, we made it to a familiar building that I remember so well. My old house was where I lived with Farlan, Isabel, and my baby sister, Alexia. I watched Romeo open the door and enter the house. I waited a couple of minutes before going in as well. I stopped at the entrance when I heard two different voices speaking with each other inside.

"It just hurts too much to think about him, and that's why I rarely came over to spend time here" I heard the voice of our missing person say. I looked inside and saw Romeo speaking with Alexander. Romeo nodded at Alexander.

"Okay, then. Now, tell me, why did you come here? You are still hurt, Alexia" Romeo told Alexander. I froze on my spot, and immediately my eyes went wide in shock.

'D-did he says, Alexia? But I thought her name was Alexander. Has she been lying about who she really is?' I thought, shocked.

"I told you that I'm fine. My side doesn't hurt" Alexander or Alexia replied.

"I just wanted to come here and see the old house that I used to live at with my brother Levi one last time before I have to leave again" I heard her say, and I froze once again.

'S-she just called me... brother? Me? I-I can't believe it. This whole time, my baby sister has been standing in front of me, and I didn't see it' I thought.

I saw her turn around to face Romeo, but her eyes went wide when she saw me standing at the entrance to the house.

"A-alexia?" I asked.

Alexia POV

"Ani... I mean, Captain Levi, Sir? H-hi, what are you doing here?" I asked. Suddenly, Romeo was pushed to the side, and I felt the distance between us disappear. I felt my eyes go wide. I couldn't believe it. I was being hugged by my brother Levi.

"Oh, Alexia. My baby sister. It's really you. I can't believe that after all this time. I finally found you" He said, while his voice quivered really severely. I felt my eyes get all watery and I wanted to hug him back but stopped when suddenly the image of him turning his back to me and leaving me, while I was being kidnapped appeared in my head, so I quickly pushed him away.
