"thats great stel" caleb smiled kissing her forehead.
"where does he live?" caleb asked, "uh- napa california i believe. dont you live in california?" stella asked.
"holy shit stella, we are only gonna live 45 minutes from each other!" he shouted wrapping the girl in a hug.
"wait really?" stella asked widening their eyes.
"that's great" she smiled pulling the boy into a kiss. "we could even ride the same plane home" he beamed.
maybe everything was going to be okay in the end.
she was relieved her dad had reached out, she hadn't talked to him in over a year.
