Hey Karl. We finally got Y/n's phone accessed and I thought I would text you. I'm sorry if I got your hopes up but it's not her. She's not awake yet. I'm so sorry, we all are. We can only imagine how you feel. Mom and I have been talking and we both came to the agreement that we need you to know it's not your fault.

None of it was. It was out of your control, out of ours, out of anyone's. We're going to court, but who knows what will happen. After All she's not dead, but still something.

We don't think it would be okay for you to show up to the trial since, well you know. But we won't stop you if you decide to show. Details will be sent out later.

Besides that updates on her seem to be good. The other day I went to see her and I swear she moved a bit. The doctors say that she'll possibly regain consciousness in about a month. I just hope he's right.
