Ch. 14 "Cry"

                                               Cameron POV 

I hear muffled talking, 

Like people arguing, 

Come on Cameron wake up, I thought, 

Wake up!

My eyes shoot open, a blinding light blurred my vision, and hurt my head, 

I closed my eyes turning my head slightly, 

Beep, Beep, Beep, echoed in my ears, 

My eyelids flutter open again, 

I look down see I have a cast on my arm, some parts of my skin stitched or patched or wrapped with gauze, 

My wrists were restrained to the bed, I realized I couldn't move my limbs again, 

The beeping started going faster at a rapid pace, 

That was my only chance, and now it's gone, I thought, 

The door opened, 

"There she is," Tony said walking in a smiling at me like this was completely normal, 

"I have to admit, using adrenaline to counter my Nano Tech, that was pretty cleaver," He said 

Steve and Bucky walked in behind him, 

"But don't worry I adjusted that little mishap," Tony said 

The beeping got faster and faster, 

"Now, Now don't get all worked up, all is forgiven as long as you learned your lesson," Tony said 

I couldn't look at them sure I may be ten but I'm still a kid, and right now I'm scared, I've never been scared like this before, 

Because my dad was always there, my dad and the avengers they were always there to help me, keep me safe, 

And now I'm in this earth, where its the complete opposite, where My dad is the one causing me to be afraid, 

Him, Tony and Bucky are in charge, of everything, including me, taking away my freedom, and will, 

Don't cry, Don't cry, I thought as I kept looking at the opposite wall not wanting to give them the satisfaction of them hurting me, breaking me, 

I fight back the tears that threaten to spill, 

Suddenly Bucky had my chin in his metal fingers, 

"We didn't want to do this sugar plumb, but you left us no choice," He said 

"There's always a choice.." I said just below a whisper

"Not when you run away from home," Steve said 

"This isn't home," I said trying not to break, 

"Well weather you like it or not, it is, and there are certain rules you are going to abide bye," Steve said 

"But there will be time for that later since your still in your defiant state of mind so we do have to keep you like this until you respond to reason," Tony said 

Okay that broke me, the tears slowly fell down my cheeks, 

"Hey, Hey now none of that," Bucky said wiping the tears as they fell, 

"I want to go home.." I whispered 

"But little one you are home," Steve said as he took my hand in his, 

"You are home now, I promise you that," Steve said kissing my forehead,
