Nandini who is gazing outside, felt a hand on her shoulder turned towards the source, "Navu tum aur bhai aaplog soye nahi abitak?"

"Nahi! Kis soch mei hoh nandu?" Navya questioned.

"Wahi joh shyaam ko hua? Arjun sir Manik ko itna maara keval issliye ki woh car drive kia!" She whispered

"Yeh kuch jyada nahi hua!" She frowned. Navya agreed with her but Cabir shook his head, "I don't think so! "

"Matlab kya bhai? Isprakar Manik ko marna woh bi sabke samne theek hai?" She questioned him.

"Mei yeh nahi bolraha ki Joh hua woh theek tha, par hum bolne wale kaun hote hai? Haven't you saw how Manik gets angry if someone interfere or disrespect his brothers." He said

"Aur hum jante kya hai iss parivaar ke bare mei! Jab se aye we are getting shocks n surprises. Aur toh aur sunha nahi tum log, Manik ka kuch accident hua and he has blackouts toh jaiir si baat hai usko drive karne se mana karna!" He stated understanding them.

Nandini remembering it frowned, "Par humhare samne he was fit n fine!"

"Manik is good at hiding his sickness, bahut baar dekha meine!" Cabire replied

"Chalo tum so jao! Raat bahut hogai!" N both left wishing her gudnyt.

In other room, Mukhti was in deep thoughts, "kya soch rahe hoh?" Aliya questioned her.

Looking at them, "joh neeche hua, uske baare mei!"

"Usmei kya sochne ki baat hai! Manik ko aise dekh ke mujhe toh acha laga!" Dhruv replied back as he didn't even felt a little bad also, "mei toh kehta huh ki Mr Singhania usko aur marna chahiye tha!"

Aliya gave a nod, but Mukthi shook her head, "Tum yeh nahi dek rahe hoh Dhruv! Manik ko woh log apne jaan se jyada pyaar karthe aur ussi ke upar haath utaya, toh socho jab unhe yeh pata chalega ki hum unke bhai ke dil todha toh kya higa!"

"Aisa kuch nahi hoga! Aur galti humari nahi uska hai, yeh baat pata chalte woh humhe nahi balki Manik ko ulta kahega yeh log! Tum itna mat socho! Aur humhe iss baat pe dyaan jyada dena hai ki hum jald se jald Manik ko hume maafi manghne ko majboor karna hai!"

Manik snuggled close to Arjun in sleep. Watching him sleep like a baby, Arjun ruffled his head with a smile which immediately changed noticing the finger marks on his cheeks.

He slowly moved without disturbing his sleep....... left to washroom, brought back a bowl with cold water n strips sat beside him. Wetting the strip he pressed it on his cheeks gently to reduce the redness..... He closed his eyes when Manik hissed, "Ahh!"

"Shh! I'm sorry baby!" He whispered kissing his head. Manik feeling coldness, opened his eyes slowly saw Arjun staring at him with tears, immediately woke up, "Bhaiyu! Aapke ankhon mei assu!"

Pulling him into hug, "I'm sorry baby! Bhaiyu ko maaf karo jaan!" He whispered in guilt.

"Bhaiyu please maafi mangke aap mujhe sharminda mat karo! Aap kuch galat nahi kiye!" He comforted his brother holding him tightly.
