Arjun stared at the door which is standing in between him n his brother.

Arav saw Abhi dressed in scrubs gave a worried look  "Abhi... !" as he won't able to operate on their brother

Looking, he gave a nod, " Mei surgery assist nahi karaha hu Aru... bas Mannu ke saath rehne wala hu!" He replied.

Arav nodded, just then a nurse came to Arjun, "Sir .. we need your signature on these consent forms! As per rules.... If something happens during surgery then the hospital will not responsible!"

Arjun hesitated to take those, Abhi knew its not going to easy took them, "Bhai.... Sign kijiye! Surgery ka time horaha!"

Looking up at him he shook head in no, falling weak but Both held his hands, assured "Bhai.... Kuch nahi hoga mannu ko!"

With shivering hands to took the pen stared at the papers in which he is going to sign away his brothers life trusting someone else.

They saw his hands shaking placed hands on his both shoulders giving a nod, "Please bhai! Mannu keliye!"

With heavy heart he signed on the consent forms closed his eyes tightly. A tear rolled down n dropped on the paper.

Abhi taking those handed back to nurse, "Bhai... Please don't lose hope. Pray for our mannu. Aru... Bhai ka dyaan rakho!" Saying he moved inside.

Inside they started operation, outside Everyone prayed for him. Each of them remembered the moments spent with Manik.

The girls remembered the first time how they met him in the school.

Swayam closed his eyes, as a flash black came front.

Two kids of five year old were pulling eachother hairs startling the family. Arjun n vansh pulled them apart, "Mannu...kya karrahe ho?"

"Swayu..kyu lad rahe ho?" Vansh glared pulling him back.

"Bhaiyu... Yeh mela cupcake liya!" Manik complained.

Vansh stared down at swayam, "Kyu liye tum uske cupcake swayu... Tujhse chota haina woh! Sorry bolo!"

"Bhaiya.... Mannu... Nahi...delaha tha!" Swayam replied softly.

"Mannu.... Itne sare toh hai... Kyu nahi derahe ho?" Arjun stared down at him.

Shaking head, "Yeh mumma ne banai ... Usko kaho...apne mumma se banane!" He pouted innocently crossing his arms.

Swayu got hurt left from there. Arjun glared at him raised his voice a little, "Mannu! Bad manners!"

Tears formed in his eyes as his brother got angry, Arjun pulled him closer n explained everything gently.

Swayu sat under tree away from everyone sniffing silently. Just then mannu sat beside, "swalu.... kyu ro rale ho?" He asked in cute voice.

Looking at him, "Mumma ki yaad alahi!"  swayam sniffed softly.

Wiping his tears with his chubby hands, "Cholly swalu.... Bhaiyu ne kaha tumali mumma God ji ke paas gai! Tum rlo nahi... Mei meri mumma ko shale kalta hu!" He replied, made cupcake into half n gave to him with a grin.

Taking it swayam took a bite, "Thanku mannu!"

Coming out of the thoughts, "Jaldi theek hojao mani. I want to fight with you for cupcake."
