seeing a shooting star

the lights dimmed...
and the stars became witnesses
to the treasure that was about to happen,
the clock passed midnight,
i held your hand as you blushed
you stared at me with your twilight eyes,
we both came together
to experience a moment,
a moment as simple as a kiss
for that was the moment i remember
the time of eternal bliss
