Is it Obvious?

As Peter walked up to his apartment he passed an old lady who seemed to be struggling with her groceries. Of course, he went over to her and helped hold her grocery bags. 

"Oh! Thank you, young man." the old lady said. Peter grinned widely, being gendered correctly felt like heaven. Peter was about to speak, but then remembered the sound of his voice. He hated his voice, so instead he just nodded with a smile to the old lady. After helping the old lady he walked back to his own apartment. As he walked he thought back to Tony. 

He thought, "Why did Tony ask about me being transgender? Am I that obvious? I try so hard to pass and he just immediately knows? It's 100% my voice." He opened the door to his apartment and called out, "I'm home, Aunt May!" He heard Aunt May say something like "welcome back, sweetie". Peter ran straight to his room and shut the door. He fell face down on his bed and groaned. He pulled out his phone and saw that MJ recently texted him.
