Just fixing up some suits; Pepper's at a meeting right now

I was supposed to go to the meeting, but I'd much rather work on my inventions; anyways, Pepper enjoys being a CEO wayyy more than me

You're not even focusing in class

Before Peter could come up with a genius come back, Mr. Johnson, the substitute Health teacher, snatched his phone right out of his hand. 

"No texting during class."

"But sir, you said we could relax in the remaining minutes of class?" Peter said. He looked around the room; he saw 3 other people on their phone. How unfair. Why him? Why does this keep happening. I wasn't even missing any learning too. 

Mr. Johnson replied, "I never said you could go on your phone. I'll keep this until the end of school today, ****." 

There was a minute of silence from the whole class. 

Peter felt a cold shiver down his whole body, and he felt like he was falling. He hasn't been called his deadname this school year until now. Now everyone in the classroom was reminded what it was. 

"That... that isn't my name." 

"It's what's printed on the attendance sheet." 

"Didn't Mr. Castillo write a note or something about me?"

"Nope. Now sit down, ****."

"That's not my fucking name! Jesus Christ, what is wrong wit-"

"That's it. Go to the principal's office this instant!"

"FINE!" Peter yelled before grabbing his stuff and running out of the room, tears filling his eyes. 

Peter heard half of the classroom erupt in "OoooOoo"s even from outside the classroom. As Peter started his journey through the hallway he wondered where the office even is...because he has never even passed it before and definitely hasn't been sent there before. Who even gets sent to the principals office nowadays? Am I the only one to be sent there in years? I wonder if I'll get in trouble if I just don't go...

Peter put his hand into his pocket to get his phone and cursed once he remembered that it was taken by Mr. fucking Johnson. 

"What the hell am I supposed to do now?" Peter whispered to himself. He stopped in the middle of the empty hallway and clicked his tongue. The dismissal bell rung and before the halls could be completely filled, Peter sprinted to the nearest exit door and left. YES! Never in my life would I think I would be ditching school, but here I am and it feels amazing. 

Peter strolled to the parking lot and found a group of bicycles; he found the most annoyingly bright red bike and stole it. Eh, I'll give it back later...uh I'm sure they'll be able to find a way back home today. Peter sighed at himself before getting on the bicycle and riding it all the way to his apartment building, which is not that far away unless you're walking. He made his way to his apartment and dropped his backpack on the floor. He then ran to the roof of the building (his favorite place). He laid on the ground and smiled at the sky. This moment was unfortunately interrupted by someone loudly clearing their throat.

"Ahem. Hello?" Daredevil said.

Peter quickly covered his face with his shirt and stood up, eyes wide, and responded, "What the- what are you doing here?"

"I got some new information and texted you about it, but you did not reply. I then texted you to meet me up on the roof whenever you could, and here we are. Based on your reaction, I'm assuming you did not get any of those messages...Also, don't worry, I didn't see your face, but even if I did it wouldn't matter. It's not like I'm known for revealing other vigilantes identities."

Peter stood frozen for a moment before slowly uncovering his shirt and answering, "I didn't respond because I ran into some school trouble, and um got my phone taken, and- SHIT!" 

"What?" Daredevil asked.

"I ditched school, and this teacher has my phone still. Shouldn't that be illegal or something?"

"If they keep it for more than a week then it could be considered theft."

"Wait, he can keep it for a week? What!?"

"Depending on the situation-" Daredevil began to explain, but quickly stopped himself, "We have to stay focused, kid."

"Oh yeah! Sorry sorry!" Peter said.

"I got info on where one of Kingpin's drug labs is. I sent the address to you from a different number; we'll meet up in the alley nearby the address tomorrow at midnight, got it?"

"Got it." Peter nodded. 

"I want to remind you that you don't have to do this; you can run away whenever you feel in danger, okay? I'm only letting a kid do this with me because I know you would try to go after Kingpin without me if I didn't."

"Okay okay! I get it!" Peter replied. After a moment of comfortable silence, Peter said, "Man, this is gonna be great. Spiderman and Daredevil vigilante-ing together as buddies." Daredevil shakes his head with a sigh and jumps to the next building. "Wow, not even a good bye from him. That's just cold." Peter says to himself. He runs back down to his room to finish his homework. I'll get my phone tomorrow...I don't really need it for now...and I really don't wanna go back to school today...

YO what's up, guys

I'm starting to get back into this story, and I have some interesting stuff planned out. 

I'm planning on making Daredevil another father figure, and... I might bring in Punisher as a character (just bc he's my favorite marvel character...also I might make him and Daredevil have a relationship? It's an odd ship, but I rlly like it for some reason)

Don't worry; I have Tony stuff planned out too, but this Daredevil plot has gotta play out first. 

Do you guys have any ideas or characters you'd like me to add in? Or criticism?
