"Late last night it was discovered that someone has tampered with the hacker group Medjed's website. The site's main page now displays what is thought to be the mark of the Phantom Thieves... More so, the personal information of a Japanese man, a possible Medjed member, was illegally publicized. Medjed has yet to issue an official reply. Furthermore, their previously announced cleanse of Japan has remained unimplemented for now. Some speculate that they may have taken the offer seriously and ultimately cancelled their plan."

The thieves were sitting in the attic of LeBlanc listening to this news through their phones. Akira was still waiting downstairs for the possibility of Futaba visiting, but had already seen the results. Upon waking up Mishima texted him eagerly telling him to check out Medjed's website, leading him and Morgana to have seen Futaba's work firsthand.

"The site is going nuts over this news! And the approval rating is going up so fast!" Ann said, excitedly. "She came through for us!"

"The kid is a god damn hero!" Ryuji said, almost tearing up with joy. "She saved our asses, and the whole country!"

"Ahem," Everyone turned their attention to Akira showing up in the room. "Speaking of which, the woman of the hour is here." Futaba was standing beside him, holding her hands behind her back and glancing around nervously.

"Good morning," Makoto greeted.

Futaba squeaked and instantly moved behind Akira, holding onto the back of his shirt for comfort.

"Seems she's cautious of us," Yusuke commented.

"Futaba, it's ok," Akira said, reassuringly. "We're your friends now, right? No need to be scared."

Futaba glanced up at him before timidly stepping back into the open. She didn't say anything at first, merely taking in everyone's faces again with unease.

"Go on, have a seat anywhere," Akira said, encouragingly.

The small girl took a spot on Akira's bed trying to get comfortable with being around so many people she barely knew.

"It's nice to see you again, Futaba-chan!" Ann said, grinning. "We were worried about you."

"But you came through for us, shorty!" Ryuji added. "And your powers! You can make the Metaverse your bitch!"

Futaba flushed with pride. "I-I can do other stuff, too..." She said, quietly.

"Like spying on the café," Yusuke said, smirking.

Futaba nodded, "Yeah..."

"I figured." Akira said, sitting down next to Ann on the couch. "So, how long have you been spying on us?"

"Since the day you got here..." Futaba answered, shyly. "Sojiro didn't tell me about you coming, I figured it out from hearing you guys talking. I guess he thought it'd be weird if I knew."

"To be fair, he didn't tell me about you either. But it doesn't matter, we know each other now. And if you don't mind me asking, why do you spy on the shop?"

"Somebody's gotta make sure Sojiro's working." Futaba replied, shrugging.

"As good a reason as any I guess..." Akira said, "But if you've been spying on us all this time I guess you already know who all of us are, and you probably even know more about us than you let on."

"I can give examples, if you're curious..."

"Ok... as long as it's nothing too personal..." Makoto said.
