~Normal POV

2/13 - Monday

With Shido in prison, Akira could finally relax in peace. He was lucky Sae was such a thorough prosecutor, and that Akechi was true to his word about wanting to get back at Shido. The man was tried and caught on every charge; multiple accounts of murder, political conspiracy to rig the election, and all his transgressions against women. (Many of his victims came forward after the case broke; he didn't stand a chance.) Akira didn't have to worry about the probation anymore either. Shido truly confessed to everything. Including what he'd done to that woman that night. Thus, Sae was able to get his sentence overturned. However, despite this good bit of news, and the woman giving him a personal apology, he still had to wait out his time in Tokyo before he could go back to his hometown.

This was a good thing. He was nothing more than a normal high schooler again. And he had his family here. The days passed quite normally. He enjoyed his time with everyone accordingly. He and Ann liked to make time for double dates with Ryuji and Haru. Morgana was content with his role as being Akira's "pet," as everyone assumed he was. And Sojiro was happy to let them continue staying at LeBlanc. Honestly, Akira was so used to the attic at this point that he couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Even the prospect of staying with Futaba in her house didn't interest him any longer.

Not only that, LeBlanc was still their hideout. And Sojiro was happy to let them hang out here whenever they pleased. He didn't seem to mind having a bunch of rowdy teenagers take over the shop anymore. Today was one such occasion. They wanted to discuss what would happen once Akira did eventually have to go back home...

It was decided that, while they wouldn't be separating permanently, the Phantom Thieves would be disbanded upon Akira leaving. Of course, he'd definitely make time to visit whenever possible; the team itself would be no more. They were back to being carefree, law-abiding citizens. In the end, after carefully thinking it over, Morgana had chosen to go with Akira when he leaves. And before that happened, they planned to have a farewell party at LeBlanc.

"I've been his roommate this long, I don't want to quit yet. Plus, we need someone there in case he turns back into a delinquent!"

"I've never been a delinquent..." Akira replied, bluntly.

"Really? That's a shock!" Morgana said, in surprise. "Either way, I want you guys to add my farewell party to his!"

"You two aren't leaving for another month though," Haru said.

"Indeed. It is far too early for a farewell party." Yusuke added, simply.

Morgana thought it over before saying. "Then it'll be my re-welcoming party! Nobody can complain about that! So, for the food at my party; I demand sushi! Sushi!"

Everyone rolled their eyes at this while they heard the shop door open. Sojiro had returned from buying a few things while they held their meeting.

"Man you guys are loud. I could hear you from outside," The old man said, smirking.

"Chief! They're so mean!" Morgana whined.

"Noisy as always." Sojiro said, patting Morgana's head. "You know I can't understand you. He's such an assertive little guy. I wonder where he gets that from..." He glanced knowingly at Akira.

"No idea." Akira said, nonchalantly.

"Heh, that's just part and parcel of who I am- the one, the only; Morgana!"

Ryuji rolled his eyes again. "Stop tryin' to talk so big. You're just a cat now."

"Shut up! I don't need to hear that from some dumb ape!" Morgana shouted.
