Chapter 14

Chris wouldn't say what the problem was, just that I needed to get in his car and not ask any questions. Chris drove to Fox's official office, that's when I knew something serious was going on. Ryan was waiting for us outside his office,

"Thank you for bringing her." Chris nodded,

"Of course." Ryan ushered us into the office, and said something that pissed me off,

"Lex you're not allowed onto the set of Glee anymore." I shot out of my seat,

"WHAT WHY?! THIS IS BULL! I DIDN'T STEAL ANYTHING!" Chris tried to calm me down,

"Lex, please." I didn't bother to listen to Chris, I was fuming. Ryan cleared his throat,

"Alexis, we are simply trying to protect you. I was alerted that you were assaulted by one Ashlynn Criss in the halls of Hollywood High, Ashlynn is the daughter of the newest cast member Darren Criss. We believe that protecting you is more important than you working and being here." Chris wrapped his arm around me as I sat back in the chair crying. Chris tried to get me to talk but it was useless. I was devastated, Darren seemed like such a nice guy, why would his daughter do something like that to me. I was pissed off that I wouldn't be able to see my family for who knows how long. But what Ryan said next hit me harder than I would've thought,

"Lex, trust me, I didn't want to do this but it's already been leaked that Darren is in the cast and that Kurt's transferring. The fans want Kurt to have a boyfriend, we need to keep them entertained so that we can still have the show. It was either lose you or lose the show. I'm sorry." I began crying harder than I thought I was capable of, lose me or the show, maybe Ryan was heartless like the media said.

A/N: duh duh duhhhhh, that is only one of the plot twists i have in store for this fic. so prepare yourselves for even more plot twists.
