Tw//abuse(both mental and physical) mentions of sexual harassment

Being the fast learner he is, Yejun exceeded well in his daycare/preschool. He'd receive praises from his teacher when he did well and answered questions correctly. The four year old liked preschool, but he also despised it. His teachers alternate from day to day, meaning that on certain days.he has a different teacher and the cycle continues the week after.

The teacher who was actually nice to him taught on Thursday and Friday, meaning that the other teacher he's not too fond of teaches Monday through Wednesday.

Teachers have this program where they implement one to one on learning for about a half hour so that students can grasp information better, helping them with their speech and communication.

"Good morning, kids! We're going to start our projects now while we take turns in learning. Now, who would like to go first today?" The teacher asked kindly, receiving a bunch of hands raising in the air.

She sounds nice, doesn't she? In front of a the students, she's the best teacher. Behind closed doors in their one on one sessions, she's a monster.

And it was only towards Yejun. The poor boy never knew why.

"Hmm, Yejun! How about you go first today?" She called on the four year old, who didn't even have his hand raised.

He slowly stood up, nodding his head reluctantly. She lead the boy in her office while the other students started working on their alphabet project. The students were very well behaved and very rarely got into trouble, but there was still another adult present to keep an eye on them while the main teacher was helping a student.

The teacher closed the door and Yejun felt himself shiver in fear once she spoke.

"Next time when I speak to you, you move faster as if your life depends on it," she told him, but then chuckled afterwards, "Oh wait, it actually does." She continued, lifting Yejun up by his arm and throwing the boy in his seat.

Yejun let out a small whimper as he shoulder hit the wall. The teacher stepped closer to him and forcefully yanked his head to face her by grasping his cheeks.

"What did I tell you about making a sound, you bitch?" She scowled.

"I-I'll be in t-trouble," Yejun responded, shaking as he did his very best to hold back tears, the pressure on his cheeks hurting.

"You know this but still do it anyway. You'll never learn, will you?" She said, harshly letting the boy go and picking him up again to smack his lower back, Yejun biting his lip in pain.

This has been something Yejun has been undergoing for a while now. He was too afraid to speak up about it because of the consequences the teacher will give him.

Every single time it was his turn, the time seemed to move painfully slow on purpose. All that would happen during his one on one time would just be getting beaten or scolded at for existing. It was always him, never anybody else and Yejun was actually thankful that no other student had to go through this, instead they'd get rewards and treats.

He sometimes questioned how nobody could hear anything that was happening in the office. But he guessed it was probably because of the music playing in the classroom and the chatter.

Whenever Yejun would be asked, mainly by his brother, where he had gotten all these bumps and bruises, he'd always say he tripped or ran into something since he's too terrified to tell the truth. The little boy has been keeping a lot from Mark, more than the older could even imagine.

How could a four year old endure so much pain after only a few years of living? Yejun never understood why it had to be him. What did he do to deserve any of this?

He has an older brother who would yell at him if he made too much annoying noises, which he understood of course.

He has two parents who don't even acknowledge his existence or come home to take care of him.

He has a teacher who abuses him for no reason.

He has people breaking into his house and touching him in ways nobody would ever want to be touched....

And does he speak up about any of this? No, the answer being quite simple. He's scared and why should he have to speak about something, himself, that cannot be fixed or controlled. There's no use so he'd rather be quiet and wait for the day he can not take anymore, to the point he snaps.

Yejun knows this is something that isn't normal and that it shouldn't be happening, but he doesn't know how to bring it up or talk about it. So he'd rather stay silent.

Finally, the half hour passed by and Yejun was sure he was covered in bruised on his body. He dragged himself out of the room and went to his seat to start working on his project while his teacher called another student in.

"S'cuse me?" A little boy with short black hair stood in front on Yejun's desk with another boy with long brown hair that reached just above his shoulders he was holding hands with.

"Yeah?" Yejun responded, confused as to why these boys came up to him.

Yejun isn't really that social in school. He mainly keeps to himself while he does his work so students coming up to him is surprising to him.

"I'm San! This Wooyoung! Are you okay?" The little boy named San asked while raising his clasped hand to show Yejun who nodded.

"I'm Yejun. I'm okay, why?" Yejun asked.

"You were limping," Wooyoung answered and Yejun suppressed the wave of fear that flashed in his eyes. He didn't want people to know anything.

"Oh, I tripped," Yejun lied and the other two boys seemed to buy it as they nodded.

Wooyoung and San skipped away, still hand in hand as they made it back to their desk, grabbing their projects and art supplies. They waddled back over to Yejun, placing their things on the floor and sitting down. They looked up at Yejun, patting the floor for the boy to sit with them.

Yejun grabbed his things and slid off of his seat and sat on the floor with them, putting his things down. Wooyoung and San smiled widely at their new friend and Yejun couldn't help but smile back as well.

And for a few moments, Wooyoung and San helped Yejun forget this agonizing life he's living.

I wanted to add a bit of Yejun's life since he's an important role in the story..
