It's been 5 days since they let me out of that hospital and I'm glad that pink mark was no longer there. Still I can't help but feel different I know something changed. I look around and I sigh getting my phone out of my pocket and looking at it, ["50 missed texts from boss, 10 missed calls from mom and 4 emails from Aria."] As I look at the texts from my boss I had to come to work today if I didn't want to lose my job. I was far from home and I knew I wasn't gonna make it on time I look at the emails from Aria and they were basically telling me that I was going to get laid off if I don't come in today. (Aria is the boss boss of the company. Your boss is the boss that tells you what Aria says.) I was in full panic mode and I yelled at the top of my lungs. Then suddenly Ganz comes and looks at me and he says, ["Um.. Are you ok?"] I look at him and narrowed my eyes. I was furious, angry, but most importantly upset, ["THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! IF I CAN'T BE TO WORK IN 30 MINUTES I'LL LOSE MY JOB! THAT FOOTBALL INCIDENT RUINED MY LIFE!"] Ganz lifted his head down and turns away then looks at me and says, ["I can help you.. Get there on time that is. I know.... A ‘A shortcut’"] My eyes widen I had no choice now but to accept his help I tell him in desperation, ["PLEASE HELP ME! I'M SORRY I YELLED AT YOU!"] He grabs me then we end up in my house, I had 10 minutes to get ready. Not wasting time I run upstairs, take a shower, brush my teeth, get dressed in my work clothes, put my shoes and runs down stairs to Ganz, ["Let's go!"] Without hesitating I grab him and we suddenly appear outside my work place I thank him and run inside. As I get inside I immediately get called to the bosses office I walk into her office to see her extremely upset at me. We have a long conversation and I explained what happened and why I missed 10 days of work. She was shocked and sincere she now understood why I wasn't able to call or text back. She said she'd tell Aria and now I should get to work. I nod and walk over to my desk and sit down as I start typing I look up thinking about Ganz and how he helped me.. Twice! I was shocked thinking about it. This monster wanted to actually help a human and he didn't even hesitate. I guess he did owe me, but I need a proper way to thank him now. As I look at my report I had accidentally typed what I was thinking as I delete it I sigh. ["I need to stop doing this. I need more friends. I need a lot of things, but distraction is not one of them."] I look at my article and slowly begin typing then I decided to start a new topic, ["How good are monsters?"] I smile and get up I walk over to my boss and present her with the idea. My boss loved since monsters were up here and they were new. It wasn't until I sigh looking down. ["I can take advantage of what he owes me for putting me in the hospital, but I can also use him for my article."] I tell my boss I'll be doing some work inside and outside the news station and she approved I walk outside and walk home. As I get to my house I look around for my camera. I find it under a shirt I just tossed on the couch and I walk outside. ["Ganz. You're going to be a star!"]
