"Do we have to do this?" You whined, dragging the 's' along at the end of the sentence as you thumped your foot on the ground lightly.

Lili rolled her eyes. "Yes. We do and stop acting like a baby." She gave you a dirty look and crossed her arms to her chest in disbelief.

"I'm only eighteen, shut up." You said, unamused and she chuckled, handing you a new Maple Leafs jersey that she recently bought for you.

Your sweet lovely sister by three years older has been complaining about going to the Toronto Maple Leafs game ever since you've turned eighteen about four months ago and you told her many times that you can't because of school mainly. But the reason why that you didn't want to go is that you admired Montreal Canadiens.

Even though you and Lili lived in Toronto all your life, you have adored the Canadiens more than you loved the Leafs and sadly, that's what bothered your sister the fact that you betrayed her and the hometown team that you were supposed to love.

You exhaled sharply and gave her a mean yet happy look. "Fine. But this is the last chance." You gave up and gave her a pointed look with your finger at her face.

She then smiled. "Thank you, thank you, thank you. You won't regret it." She grabbed your shoulders and squeezed them.

Before I knew it, she grabbed out two tickets and handed you one with a huge grin on her face. You took a glance at the paper and then instantly widened your eyes, grabbing the ticket closer to your face to see if you were just seeing things or you are mainly stupid.

Just at the front seats where the Leafs will be sitting. Oh my goodness.

"Holy crap, Lili. What's your job?" You asked, your eyes widened in shock and confusion.

She gave me a smugly smirk and later giggled, causing me to frown so slightly.

"That's a secret." She said and you relaxed your shoulders, giving her back the ticket as you were going to wear the jersey that she bought you.

A sigh came out of your mouth as you looked at the logo, feeling a bit upset and a betrayal to yourself and the team you loved.

"Don't worry, Montreal won't hate you." Your sister joked and you rolled your eyes at her.

It felt worse when you found out that the Leafs were playing against Montreal and you've never been more miserable in your life.

"Come on, Y/N, it's starting in fifteen minutes." She reminded you and held your hand gently for comfort, knowing that you were upset about the whole thing.

She's been the best sister to you ever since you came into the world and you guys were so closest out of every member of your family.

"It's ok, Y/N, I feel your pain. Don't worry. I'm by your side." She threw you a smile and you returned it as you wrapped your arm around hers.

"Love you." You whispered, leaning onto her shoulder as you guys headed outside.

She replied the same words you said and you felt a bit happier than before as she was by her side like she said earlier.

As Lili drove the car on the way to the large arena, she parked it and grabbed her purse and yours. You guys then enjoined your arms once again as you and your sister walked towards the entrance.

You'll admit that you loved the crowd more than Montreal's and the need of them giving you goosebumps every time they had cheered loudly.

Taking a glance inside of the arena, you slightly dropped your jaw and widened your eyes in shock.

"This is beautiful." You muttered and heard a faint chuckle behind you.

"I know right." Lili proudly said and you cheekily smiled at her words. "Come on, let's go." She added as you guys headed to the main room.

You shivered and walked down the stairs carefully as you followed your sister to the seats where you guys were going to sit.

"Oh my," I whispered and bounced your leg as you looked in front of you, the nice fresh clean before taking a sip of your water.

Lili giggled. "Your welcome." You threw her a look and glanced back at the ice rink in amusement.

"This is cool." This was the second time you've been here and although, you couldn't remember anything because your parents took you there when you were only three years old.

So pretty much, you had to thank your sister for that memory and today, bringing you here as a young adult.

Just then, both teams entered and skated around the rink over and over again until it was the national anthem.

You've waited the whole time just for the anthem because it was mostly your favourite part.

Giving your sister a look every minute in excitement, you grinned and quietly squealed at the players in front of you.

Lili laughed and rubbed your shoulder to calm down while the horn buzzed throughout the arena, making you wince slightly.

"Damn, that's loud." You muttered and gave Lili a look to show her that it was hurting your ears.

She chuckled. "You have to get used to it." She told you as she nodded her head.

You nodded yours and sat back on the seat as soon as the anthem was over. You practically squealed every time you overthought about the game.

Noticing at the corner of your eye, one familiar man gave you a look that you couldn't seem to figure out until your eyes widened in shock.

"Oh my god, he's staring at me." You quickly told Lili and she frowned, looking around but you quickly stopped her. "Don't look!" You hissed.

Then, you heard a loud gasp from her. "Y/N, that's Auston Matthews!" She exclaimed and you let out a shaky breath.

"I know!" You replied and pursed your lips. You couldn't believe it. The Auston Matthews was staring at you. Or at least, you thought.

So, you looked behind you to see anyone but no one caught his attention but you. And that's what made your eyes widened again the fact that he was the only person staring at you in this whole arena filled with other people.

Once calming down, you relaxed your shoulders and looked straight in front of you but you ignored the men at the bench now taking a whole glance of you while some were staring at your older sister.

"Is it just I or the Leafs is all looking at you?" Lili whispered to you with her eyes widened.

You snapped your head at her and bit the inside of your cheek. "Stop it, it's us." You corrected and hissed at her.

She laughed and rolled her eyes while you raised your forehead, slowly turning your head to the bench. The only man looking at you deeply as if he was going to know you soon.

And he did.

You guys went on plenty of dates after and got to know a lot of each other which led you guys to began dating not too long ago because that's how you guys loved each other that much.

You were finally happy. More than happy. He was the man you've always wanted. Although, you were back as being a fan of the Leafs now.

Every time, you would mention or remember your sister out of nowhere, you had to thank her every second because she was the reason that you and Auston met.

You guess love is the first sight.
