The VP-16 Kelasak is the current standard service pistol for the VNM developed by NMIO. The VP-16 Kelasak is a polymer-framed, short-recoiled-operated double action semi-automatic pistol with sixteen rounds of 9mm pistol cartridges. It is believed to be local copy of various standard pistols, which NMIO firearm manufacturers studied several armaments of foreign armed forces.
