I stood outside a small hotel building. Peggy Drood's Hotel. There seems to be an event going on in the hotel. I noticed there were a lot of people inside. Yet, standing out here, I had a bad feeling about that place.
"Don't you dare!" I heard a voice in my head. This voice seemed strict, forbidding me from entering. I looked up at the night sky. Clouds partly cover the moon.
Ignoring the warning, I entered the hotel. Immediately, I sensed that many of these people were monsters in disguise. I sensed many eyes on me as I approached the front desk. "May I help you, Madam?" the front desk lady asked.
"I am here to speak with Thomas," I told the front desk lady. "Master is busy. Let me see if he is available to see you," The front desk lady said. Before she could grab the phone, a cat got in between my feet.
"If it isn't Scarlet, the Star of Paris," The cat lady approached me, and she grabbed her cat. "She is with me," The Cat lady told the front desk lady that I was her guest.
"I need to speak to Thomas. I want to make things right. Monster or human, I don't care what he is. I love him," I said. The Cat lady's face twitched in anger for a second before smiling.
"Follow me, Scarlet," The Cat lady placed her hand behind my back.
"It must be difficult for you to see him differently. Guignol sold his soul for you to become powerful. He told me what happened between you both, how you and the duke are close. Guignol got upset when learning you planned to leave him for the duke. Rumor has it you are going to marry him instead. I don't blame you if you decide to..."
"No. That's not true," I looked at her. Behind her was a mirror. I looked at myself, having red hair and a glimpse of blue eyes. I realized that I was Scarlet; this is her memory.

"I told the Duke to stop pursuing me, but he won't stop. I worried he would do something bad to Thomas, but... Thomas killed him. I...I was afraid, but I shouldn't have run away," Scarlet confessed she had no intention of leaving Thomas.
"You still love Guignol?" The Cat lady asked as she led me into an empty hallway. "Yes, My love for him will never die," Scarlet confesses her true feelings for Guia.
Suddenly, I felt a hand covering my mouth as my arms were grabbed from behind. Scarlet tried to scream for help, but her attacker grabbed hold of her.
