Q1. How did you come up with the title for your book?

A1) The title of the book was inspired by the plot itself. At first, I wasn't sure what to name it, I was actually going to go with "the bully" but as I wrote the further first few chapters, I came to like the title Sim Soo-Yun had in her previous school among her peers. So I decided to name it, " The Bully of the Bullies" because basically, she believed in giving the bullies a taste of their own medicine. (PS: nice thought)👏

Q2. What part of the book was the most fun to write?

A2) Honestly, I enjoyed writing the whole book, whether it be angst or fluff. But if I'm asked to choose one, it'd be the chapter Alpha, where they flirt for the first time and Soo-Yun is a little too bold. I loved writing that part the most.(PS: that chapter was amazing and sooyun was indeed bold)😂

Q3. Which of the characters do you relate to the most and why?

A3) I think I relate to Soo-Yun a lot, that was one of the reasons I started writing this book. I was looking for some fanfics on Han Seo-Jun but I wanted to make one myself where a character would describe "me" better. So I put some of me in the character, like I usually come off as cold and rude to people who don't know me. And I don't really like making friends, but I do, I trust them wholly. Soo-Yun really relates to me because she also has that bad bish personality.(PS: nice)😏

Q4. What is a significant way your book has changed since the first draft?

A4) At first, I really thought I wouldn't get much views, but I also had a sense of satisfaction when I first got a reads like 15 or something. It made me feel like I should keep going. Throughout the book, I learnt a lot. Being an author is really enjoyable, so as I came to learn many different and new things about various writing styles, the different point of views in the book and character development, I could see that many people started to like the book as well. So it's definitely one of my favorites and it has improved a lot since it's first draft.

Q5. What is the most difficult part of your writing process?

A5) The most difficult part of my writing process would definitely be keeping up with the character. Sometimes, I tend to go beyond the character limits, like I forget to put Soo-Yun into that cold exterior and in a few chapters, you can see that she smiles a lot, which wasn't actually supposed to be that way. But I'm still learning to write and I thought I shouldn't change it so I just kept it. It gets out of hand a few times, I reread the whole chapter and if I don't like it, I change things from it. So I think keeping it in-character is the most difficult thing to keep up with.(PS: practice makes a man perfect)👏❤

Q6. What comes first for you — the plot or the characters — and why?

A6) Characters come first to me. I think it's because my writing style is different . My sister writes too, but she goes to plot first and I've seen many other authors who are expert in first getting the plot and than characters. But to me, if I don't have the perfect character, I can't just start writing the plot. Because I depend on the background story of a particular character, for example Soo-Yun. So I need to prepare the characters and their background before I jump into the plot.

Q7. If you could meet your characters, what would you say to them?

A7) Oh, I'd first apologize to them for putting them through all the tough time. If the original plot was in my hands, I don't think I'd have ever made Se Yeon die. But as a professional author, I think it is also necessary because the whole friendship between Suho and Seo-Jun is based on this. And I'd thank them to give me comfort and to all those soft moments, count in the friendships and the romance between Seo-Jun and Soo-Yun. While writing this book, I've also learnt a lot about dealing with my personal problems so I'd thank them a lot for it.(PS: seyeon will always be in our heart)❤

Q8. If you could spend a day with another popular author, whom would you choose?

A8) It'd be bittersqxtch or DC4LIFESIS . I love their stories and they inspire me

Q9. How do you process and deal with negative book reviews?

A9) To me, I see there are two types of negative reviews. There are once who would straight up hate the book, I think I'd ignore it because there are so many people who comment saying they love this book, and I interact with them knowing they like the book so I'll hardly believe if someone says they hate the book. I'd leave them to it because it's based on their taste. There are people who also politely correct me in the comment section, I'm thankful for them. So I'd label it as they're really just pointing out grammatical mistakes or other things because other readers would get it wrong. As for the negative reviews in general, I didn't have to deal with it. I'm still scared of it, but nobody has directly badmouthed this book or any other in my comment section. It makes me feel rather comfortable to write freely when there's no one putting restrictions on me. I'm not saying that the book is THE best. It's just no one commented any negative things about it, I'm really happy but if there's someone out there who finds a mistake in my book, I hope they correct me. It's my way to be better at writing.

Q10. What advice would you give to a writer working on their first book?

A10) I'd advice them to start with what they're comfortable. Many authors I've seen always write to please the viewers, and they also tend to write something they're not comfortable with. Because I've experienced this, I want to advice them to start with A and not directly X.If you know what I mean. I'd advice them to write something they they find themselves enjoying and not for them who request it. Sure, as authors, it's our job to please the viewers, but we often tend to sway in it and force ourselves to do something we don't like. I hope they really enjoy what they're writing because every little thing we do in our life that is related to our passion or hobby is really enjoyable and amazing if we make use of it.
