Sickie: Felix

Caregiver: Changbin

No one's POV.:
It was Saturday and Stray Kids had the day off. Changbin and Felix had made plans the previous week to spend the afternoon together. While Felix wanted to sleep in, Changbin had decided to spend the morning at the studio with Chan and Jisung, waiting for Felix to wake up and come collect him from the studio. It was already lunchtime, yet the Aussie hadn't showed up. Changbin didn't worry too much, knowing his dongsaeng was probably catching up on some sleep and would come to the studio soon. He easily distracted himself with producing, only glancing at the clock from time to time, confused as the hours ticked by. Felix on the other hand hadn't slept nearly as well as he had hoped he would and only drifted off into a restless slumber during the early morning hours. When he finally managed to drift off, he was completely knocked out, startling awake close to noon. His throat felt like sandpaper and he sleepily shuffled into the kitchen to get some water. "Wait, you're still here?", Hyunjin asked from the couch where he was watching a drama with Seungmin and Jeongin. Felix squinted at him confused, muttering: "Yeah? Where else would I be?" His voice was a bit lower than usual, still thick with sleep and accompanied by a slight rasp. "We thought you were going out with Changbin today. Isn't he at the studio, waiting for you to meet him there?", Seungmin questioned, pausing their drama. Furrowing his brows, Felix vaguely remembered making plans for today. "When was I planning to go there?", he frowned, taking a sip of his water to sooth his throat a bit. The others shrugged and Jeongin hummed: "I think you wanted to sleep in and head over as soon as you are awake. Just didn't think you'd sleep in this long." – "Oh, guess I'll get ready and head out right away", Felix nodded, leaving for his room again.

He cursed himself inwardly, not feeling like leaving the dorm at all today but cancelling on his hyung was not an option. He had had a crush on the older for quite some time now and wouldn't want to miss out on some one on one time for anything. Feeling a shiver run down his spine, he pulled out a thick sweater and made sure to dress warmly. The studio wasn't that far away but they usually enjoyed walking through a park close-by and Felix figured they'd be spending most of the afternoon outside. Fixing his hair, he gave a soft sniffle and decided to shove a pack of tissues into the pocket of his hoodie, just in case. When he was ready to leave, he waved his friends goodbye but was stopped by Hyunjin. "You should take a scarf with you. It's a bit windy and you already sound a little off, so better be safe than sorry", the older advised. Felix nodded, going back to quickly wrap a soft black scarf around his neck before leaving the dorm. His hyung wasn't lying when he said it was windy. It wasn't only windy, the temperature had dropped quite a bit too and dark grey clouds were looming overhead. He quickened his steps and pulled his hood up to protect himself from the cold wind. Shivering, he made it to the company building in record time and sniffled quietly.

"Wow, we were already wondering of you'd come at all", Chan teased, when he opened the door for his dongsaeng. The younger blushed a bit, admitting: "I kinda slept in really late." Jisung laughed at that and patted the couch beside him. Felix sat down, rubbing his hands to try and warm them up again. "Aww, is Lixxie cold", Changbin smiled, taking the Aussie's small hands into his own. He frowned at how cold Felix' hands were and insisted on only letting go when they were warm again. Wanting to give the younger a chance to warm up, they stayed at the studio for some time, while 3racha showed him their most recent work. "You had breakfast, right?", Changbin asked, when he noticed that it was already lunchtime. Felix shook his head, pouting: "I was still really sleepy when the others told me we wanted to meet, so I just got ready as quick as I could." – "Let's go get lunch together then, I can't have my Lixxie skipping meals", the older frowned, making the Aussie's heart flutter. Chan and Jisung exchanged a look after watching the dancer's cheeks heat up. "I agree with Changbin. If you're not cold anymore, you should really get some food", Jisung pressed, eager to give the pair some alone time. Felix nodded and got up from the couch. He bid Chan and Jisung goodbye and allowed Changbin to lead him out with an arm wrapped around the younger's shoulders.
