Little: Seungmin

Caregiver: Minho

No one's POV.:

Minho had been planning fun activities for Seungmin all month long. The little had barely had the time to slip recently, so his hyung wanted him to fully enjoy it when they were off on a break. Scouring the internet, the dancer had saved a recipe for gingerbread, so the two of them could bake together. He had also looked up various pictures of ginger bread houses to get inspiration on how to decorate their work. What Minho hadn't paid much attention to at first was the fact that they needed templates for the individual parts of their building. With Hyunjin's help, the second oldest sketched a simple design that he traced onto some baking paper and stored away in the kitchen for when they'd need it. Knowing his dongsaeng hadn't been out much since their break started, Minho didn't buy all of the ingredients beforehand. Well, for the dough he did, which he also prepared a day earlier because Seungmin was even more impatient than Minho himself. He didn't buy any decoration though, wanting to take the little to the store, so he could pick out which sprinkles and what food coloring for the icing he wanted. Surprisingly, the vocalist slept in rather late but that was to be expected, he always slept more when he was little. That also told Minho, his dongsaeng would be waking up regressed, which went well with his plans for the day.

Deciding Seungmin should wake up soon because he wouldn't fall asleep for his nap otherwise, Minho made his way back to their shared room and sat down on the edge of the vocalist's mattress. "Good morning, sleepy puppy. Time to wake up", the dancer hummed, stroking his dongsaeng's cheek. The younger whined half-asleep, tightening his arms around his stuffed puppy before blinking his eyes open to look at his caregiver. "Da-", he yawned, reaching his arms out to Minho, who sat him up and pulled him into a hug. Holding Seungmin in his arms, the older whispered: "Did you have a good sleep, pup?" The little nodded and rested his forehead on Minho's shoulder, almost drifting off again while the dancer carried him to the kitchen and placed him on the counter. "So, what does my little Minnie want to eat for breakfast?", the older asked, watching his dongsaeng fiddle with the seam of his pajama shirt. Walking up in front of the little, Minho cupped the boy's cheeks and repeated: "What are you hungry for, pup?" – "Ba- Minnie wan' Bana", Seungmin announced, "Nanana-na." – "Okay, you get a banana, some applesauce too?", the older smiled. Clapping his hands, a wide smile spread on the little's face as he nodded. "A banana and apple sauce coming right up", Minho chuckled, placing Seungmin down on the ground, "Can you go and sit at the table for me, pup?" The vocalist obediently waddled over to the dining table and plopped down on one of the chairs, looking at his caregiver expectantly. "Good boy", the older praised joining his dongsaeng with his breakfast.

When Seungmin swallowed his last bite, Minho announced: "Daddy has a fun idea of what we could do today. Do you want to build a gingerbread house together?" – "We bakie?" – "Yeah, we'll bake and then decorate it all pretty", the older smiled, watching the little wiggle excitedly in his seat, "Let's get you dressed, so we can go to the store and you can pick out the sprinkles you want for our house." Seungmin koala-clung to Minho as he carried him back to their room. It was pretty cold outside, hopefully about to snow soon, so the little had to be bundled up in his warmest clothes. They couldn't have the vocalist get sick now that they were finally off of work. Rummaging through his dongsaeng's closet, Minho asked: "The pink or the purple sweater, puppy?" – "Puppy puppy", Seungmin giggled, watching his caregiver. "Alright, my purple puppy. Arms up!", the older ordered, quickly pulling the pajama shirt off and slipping the soft, purple sweater on the younger. When the little was changed, Minho took him to the front door, wrapping Seungmin up in his thickest coat. He put a warm purple beanie on the younger's head, making sure his ears were covered and would stay warm, no matter how windy it might get. Putting gloves on the little also was a bit of a struggle but they managed, although Seungmin wasn't too content with it. "Dada, me nuh can move", the little whined in his thick layers. "You can move just fine and you won't get cold", Minho disagreed, taking his dongsaeng's hand and interlocking their fingers. They exited their dorm and the older took their linked hands, slipping them into the pocket of his coat, so they'd stay warm. Seungmin had no other option than to stiffly waddle along.
