Life is like McDonalds fries; I am slowly vanishing. One fry at a time.
Eventually running out and then thrown the away.
I run out and I feel empty.
Ashlee goes to McDonalds every day (it helps that it is only a block from her house and across from her school).
At school she sits with her closest friend, Dahlia. She goes to McDonalds most days, the only thing she orders is fries.
Ashlee continues to buy fries because it helps her put things back together. Parts of Ashlee were taken away from her; when her brothers life was unexpectedly taken away three years ago destroyed a fifteen year old girl.
Their favourite place was to race each other to the fast food chain.
Each order of fries puts a part of her back.
And she can't stop.
