EDRICS POV:

After practicing a few illusions I look over to see hunter swirling his finger in the air completely wrong.
He starts getting super frustrated causing him to throw his book across the room.
Every body starts laughing and mocking him.

I walk up to the book scanning it for any rips or bumps.
After scanning it  I pick it up to give it back to hunter.

I drop the book on the table smiling at him.

"Uh thanks I guess"
He still seemed a bit annoyed at me but I ignored it I would do whatever it took to become his friend.

"No problem"
I wave then sit back down at my desk.

I look back over to hunter seeing him failing at the illusions again.
I feel bad for him but I didn't want him to think I'm clingy.

I see him looking at me in confusion.
I decided to swirl my fingers in the air to make a miniature lil rascal.
He smiles bit quickly moves his head away acting like he never even noticed.

I look back at the miniature palisman wondering what I did wrong to make him hate me so much.

A few hours later.

I sit down at a tree waiting for hunter.
I had been waited  an hour for him.
Why do I always have to get stood up.

I sigh to myself but right before I got up to leave I hear chirping then a big thump on my head.

I cup my hand to get the little fella.
It's little rascal!

" oh hey little buddy" I pet his head smiling at the bird.

Rascal jumps back into my hair falling asleep.

"Ugh I'm sorry "

Hunter comes stomping by.

"Oh it's fine"

He grabs little rascal but then looks at me surprised.

"What's wrong"

"Your hair it's s-so soft"

"Thanks "
I smiled it him even though I get that compliment a lot it felt different coming from him.

"Uh what did you want to talk about"
Hunter put little rascal in the tree so he'd stop bothering people.

"Well first"

I walked up behind hunter moving his hands and fingers .
"Ok try to make an illusion"
He waves his finger in the air but still nothing.

" look Ed the truth is... I'm a powerless witch"

I didn't expect this coming from hunter he seemed very powerful and brave.

"And I'm sorry for being a jerk I don't have any friends other then lil rascal and Luz and your the only person who's kind to me"
Hearing this word come from hunter made me happy.

"I'm sure you can do cleifs like Luz"

Hunter looks up at me getting my camera out.

I record me making an illusion, than I pause it I than dim the light just a bit.

I show hunter the video that was showing a little pattern.

"Here hunter I got a pen and you can write on a leaf"

I take out the pen while hunter picked a leaf off the tree.

"Ok I can do this"

Hunter traced the pattern onto the leaf.

"Ok now think about things you often think about"

Hunter squeezed his eyes shut then tapped on the leaf.

Alit of things popped up, first it was lil rascal who showed up than it was the emperor than it was....
