1. Preeta came to luthra house drunk after preeran's first marriage.
OR
2. Shiv and preeta getting married after karan and mahira's engagement.
OR
3. Pihu is daughter of rishabh and his first girlfriend.
One more thing, in all this tracks, there would be a lot of romance.
