Starting the prompts! :) First up 'Getting Lost Somewhere'

Do you know where we are?  Hearthstone signed somewhat annoyed, doubting the capabilities of Blitzen more and more who insisted on knowing exactly where they were.

"Of course I do! Stop questioning me. Dwarfs are excellent navigators!" Blitz retorted.

Hearth was fairly sure this wasn't true but didn't argue as they continued blindly wandering through a forest not sure even what world they were in.

Several long minutes passed.

Blitz  Hearth started, signing 'B' for his name with a deadpan expression.

"Oh be quiet you dramatic elf. I know where we are." Blitzen grumbled.

Where are we? Hearthstone countered.

He hesitated. "...Jotunheim."

Where in J-O-T-U-N-H-E-I-M?

"Somewhere! I'll figure it out! Everything is fine. Okay?" the dwarf replied defensively.

Hearth grunted in frustration as a reply.

As the two trekked on the sky faded to a pinkish orange and then to gray and even Blitz had to admit they were lost.

"Okay fine we-" Blitz cut himself off and switched to sign language, reading lips becoming difficult in the fading light. Okay fine we're lost. He signed.

Told you. Hearthstone signed back.

What do we do?

How should I know? The elf snapped his gestures sharp with irritation. Wasn't my idea to drop out of World Tree and get lost! Would have been easier earlier! You wouldn't admit you were wrong!

Hearth Blitzen tried but the he had turned away and was walking ahead.

He ran up toward his boyfriend and grabbed his arm to get him to face him.

Hearth I'm sorry. Blitz signed.

He studied Hearthstone's who in the fading light looked even more gaunt and pale.

Hearth shrugged, not making eye contact. We have to get home. How?

"Well... we could try and find a good spot for opening a door..." Blitzen had begun talking aloud again, signing along as well.

Don't know how long that could take. Hearth pointed out.

"Right..." Blitz yanked his hat off as the sun has set. "Well-" He stopped suddenly when he heard the faint sound of something that sounded suspiciously like Selena Gomez.

Hearthstone noticing he had halted for no apparent reason, figured he had heard something and clutched his runestones, preparing for battle.

Something glinted and dove down at the pair and both relaxed in relief but were also greatly confused by what they saw.

It was Jack the Sword.

(Please don't ask why I decided to add Jack it was just a spur of the moment thing and I don't know why I did it)

"Jack!" Blitz exclaimed.

"Hey you're Magnus's dwarf and elf friends! What are you doing here?"

What is he saying? Hearth asked Blitz unable to read Jack's lips because, well, swords don't have lips.

He asked what we are doing here. Blitz signed back.

Could ask same of him.

"What's your elf saying?"

"He asked what you're doing here." Blitz answered.

Jack spun in a circle and did a little flip the runes along his blades lighting up in flashing rainbow colors. "I was meeting up with some old friends"

"Does Magnus know?"

"Eh, señor doesn't know everything." The blade informed them.

"Um... Okay then." Blitz was tempted to ask for more details but didn't. He felt Hearthstone lean on him slightly and looked over realizing he probably didn't have much energy in the dark Jotunheim forest. "Can you help us get to Midguard? Or Nidavellir? Or anywhere but here?"

"Yeah sure! I felt a good place to make a cut nearby! Follow me!" He did another spin and flew off.

Following a sentient, flying, glowing sword through a forest in the land of the giants may not have been the weirdest thing they'd done in their lives, but it sure was the weirdest thing they did that day.
