"Sky, I don't know what to pack." I complained to my girlfriend.
"Jen, we're only going to be there for eight days. Technically, we're leaving on the eighth day since you have to come back and perform at the winter showcase." My girlfriend responded as she sat down on my bed.
"I'm a model now love. I just got a modeling gig for Adidas and a second gig for Calvin Klein. Those are two major clothing brands. Which means I'm bound to get my picture taken at some point. So, I have to look my best at all times." I explained.
All my girlfriend did was laugh in response. "Babe, I don't think paparazzi are going to follow you all the way to a small town in the midwest." Skylar laughed. "You never know." I pouted as I folded my arms.
"Okay, in that case, how about you leave all of the clothes you wore in high school here and bring the clothes you bought while living in New York." She suggested.
"What difference does that make?" I asked confusedly. "The only time you wear those type clothes is when your lounging around. Whenever you go out, you dress more maturely." Sky explained.
"Mhm, I see. Well, in that case, I'll bring all of the clothes I bought recently." I said as I walked over to my closet.
"I need a nice outfit for dinner with my friends. I need a nice outfit for sectionals since we old glee club members are going for support and then I need a nice outfit for Thanksgiving. Everything else can be casual." I said aloud as I was taking things out of my closet.
"You still need an outfit for tonight babe. As soon as we land, we have to head to your school for the musical." Skylar reminded me. "Wait you're right. I'm not dressing too fancy since we have to catch a plane." I responded.
