MAGE LINEAGES
Akshi lineages (videomages)
(Called so since their primary abilities are light/vision-related and manifest first during growth.)
• The Jackal: Enhanced vision and Flashstep.
• The Rabbit: Invisibility and Flashstep.
• The Doe: Ergokinesis and Flashstep.
• The Kingfisher: Ergokinesis and Flight.
(Flashstep here is similar to teleportation but by punching through the fabric of space seperating the distances.)

Vāni lineages (audiomages)
(Sound-based abilities manifest first. Kedharans believe that telekinesis requires a mental 'command' hence classify it as a sound based ability.)
• The Hummingbird: Flight and Auditory promption.
• The Crow: Flight and Telekinesis.

Sparshini lineages (tactomages)
(Touch-based abilities manifest first)
• The Heron: Thermokinesis and Flight.

LANGUAGES
Most city-states of Kedhara have their unique languages and dialects. They also speak a common Folktongue (which I've replaced with English in this work) that helps in intercity communication.
Some of the other common languages are.
Darpani or Mirrortongue:
A Kedharan derivative of Sanskrit.
Called so because of it being taught exclusively in the Mirror Temple. A prime tongue and highly regarded language in the Kingdom. Also the language preferred by scholars, nobility and clergy.
