Trapped

With Ash, Hudson and Joel:
Ash dived out of the way before jumping through a glass pane in a shop and sliding behind a clothes stand. Ash realised that behind him was the shops back door that lead to out of the shop. Ash took a peak over the clothes stand and 2 bullets sailed over his head mere inches from hitting him. Ash could not brute force his way out of there. "Pikachu, Eevee you ready," Ash asked, "pika," Pikachu cried quietly determined, "Eevee," Eevee was also determined. "We're going to collapse the ceiling but we have an escape. Behind us," Ash said. "Pikachu use Thunderbolt, Eevee use Swift," Ash yelled, "Pikaaaa," Pikachu cried, "Eeveee," Eevee cried. Ash dived for the door managing to grab Pikachu's and Eevee's tails and slamming the door behind him. "Let's go," Ash said, "I have a feeling that that only trapped Joel and Hudson. They'll get out."

With Green and Leaf:
"Alakazam use Psychic," Green yelled, "alakaaaa," Alakazam cried before stopping the falling ceiling and throwing it at Leaf. Leaf took a step back before extending her arms in front of her and a hole was blown through the falling ceiling. "Pikachu use Volt Tackle," Leaf yelled, "Eevee use Double Edge." "Machamp use Close Combat, Scisor use Iron Head," Green yelled. Smoke covered the area obscuring both of their vision. When the smoke cleared Green was gone. All that was left was the shattered ceiling on the floor. "Oh well," Leaf said to herself, "the others will get him."

With Silver, Victoria and Emily:
"Ursaring use Protect," Silver yelled. The ceiling collapsed on top of him but Silver remained untouched. "Bisharp use Night Slash," Victoria yelled, "Togekiss use Sky Attack," Emily yelled. "Ursaring use Hammer Arm," Silver yelled, "Feraligatr use Ice Punch." "Wouldn't it be wonderful for you to rejoin Team Rocket,". Victoria taunted, "or are you scarred because of the first time you joined Team Rocket?" "I never joined Team Rocket," Silver yelled, "and I never will! My father is an evil manipulative man! I will never take any part in that!" "Is that what you truly think," a voice rang from the side. All heads turned to the voice. Standing right there was the boss of Team Rocket himself. "What are you doing here," Silver demanded. "Giving you a second chance," Giovanni said calmly, "your friends you brought here are dead. You have no hope. But you can join me. My son. You should've always been at my side. It was that wretched old man who took you away. You could not join me then because of the Deoxys fiasco and also the fact you were turned to stone. You could not join me because you chose your friends Crystal and Gold after the fiasco with Arceus and the creation trio. Tell me son, what happened to Gold and Crystal?" Silver breathed in deeply letting the tear fall down his cheek. "They fought for the same fight I do. They fought to stop your oppression. Even if they died, they live on in everyone who misses them. Everyone who cares for them and everyone who wants to avenge them. And now I will avenge them," Silver said. Giovanni sighed in regret, "I don't know what I thought. That you could change. I truly though you could change after 24 years I really thought so," Giovanni said sadly, "kill him." As Giovanni turned around he noticed a beam of light getting closer. An orange beam of light. Giovanni realised it wasn't light but fire. "Rhyperior," Giovanni yelled as he threw out a Pokéball before the attack hit. When the smoke cleared Green had come to a stop before the group. "So," Giovanni snarled, "you live." "Yes," Green said, "I do." "Rhyperior use Rock Wrecker," Giovanni yelled. Before Rhyperior had time to charge the attack it was on the floor with a Sceptile standing over it. All eyes turned and Ash Ketchum was walking down the hallway. All hell broke loose. "Feraligatr use Hydro Cannon of the ground," Silver yelled, "now use Ice Punch." "Bisharp use Metal Claw," Victoria yelled, "Charizard use Blast Burn," Green yelled, "Togekiss use Air Slash," Emily yelled. "You made a mistake by coming here Ketchum," Giovanni said, "my entire life is defined by mistakes. That doesn't really mean anything to me," Ash said, "do you really think anyone will miss you if you die? Do you really think anyone will care," Giovanni asked, "it doesn't matter if I'm missed or not as long as I finish my mission to get rid of you," Ash said before attacking, "Sceptile use Leaf Blade." "Aggron use Heavy Slam," Giovanni yelled.

With Silver and Victoria:
"Feraligatr use Hydro Cannon," Silver yelled, "Bisharp use Psycho Cut," Victoria yelled. "You really think you can win," Victoria asked, "Team Rocket is everywhere. All around you. If you walk away from here today there is nothing you can do to hide." "Feraligatr use Aqua Tail," Silver yelled, "Bisharp use Fury Cutter," Victoria yelled, "it doesn't matter if I walk away from here today, as long as Giovanni doesn't as well," Silver said, "it doesn't matter. You're too late. Our others have arrived," Victoria said. "Aegislash use Sacred Sword," a voice from behind him said. Silver only had time to turn around and register who was there. Hudson.

With Green and Emily:
"Charizard use Flamethrower," Green yelled, "Togekiss use Dazzling Gleam," Emily yelled back, "use Sky Attack." "Grab it," Green yelled. Charizard stopped Togekiss and grabbed it by its wings before tossing it. "Use Flamethrower," Green yelled, an explosion shook the area as Flamethrower exploded where Togekiss was under rubble. When the smoke cleared there was an Aerodactyl there using protect. "Aerodactyl use Rock Slide," Joel yelled, "Tyranitar use Stone Edge," Emily yelled before throwing out another Pokéball.

With Ash and Giovanni:
"Aggron use Stone Edge," Giovanni yelled, "Frenzy Plant," Ash yelled, "why fight," Giovanni asked, "I can give you a spot back in Team Rocket. You will be forgiven. All in the past will be forgotten or do you forget what you achieved in Team Rocket?" Ash scoffed, "as if you would forgive me for what I've done. I'm a fugitive to Team Rocket. I helped in its downfall 2 years ago. Did you forget that?" "I did not forget but I can offer you forgiveness. I can protect you from your sister. I always liked you better. You achieved more than her," Giovanni said. Ash froze for a second. Protection from his sister? The only person who worried him was Leaf because she knew him as much as Ash knew himself sometimes he thought she knew him even more than he knew himself. That's why he was afraid of Leaf even if it was a little bit. Ash's expression turned hard. "Protection? I don't need protection. If you think I need protection from Leaf why don't you get her to come face me right now," Ash yelled. Ash managed to spot the shining light coming for him. "Sceptile use Dragon Claw," Ash yelled. "Blaziken use Brave Bird," Leaf yelled, "Aggron use Stone Edge," Giovanni yelled. Ash was forced back into a ring with Green on his left and Silver on his right. "Ash you need to escape," Silver whispered, "Feraligatr use Hydro Cannon." "What, no. I can't leave you guys," Ash replied, "you have to go. Remember what our plan was. If it works it will all be worth it," Green said, "we have to force them to one side," Ash said, "on my 3 break their line in front of me and go," Silver said. "One," Green counted. "Two," Ash said quietly, "Three," Silver yelled, "Feraligatr use Hydro Cannon!" "Charizard use Blast Burn," Green yelled, "Sceptile use Frenzy Plant," Ash yelled, "Pikachu use Volt Tackle. Eevee use Double Edge." "Now the Ceiling," Green yelled. The ceiling was brought down. As it was falling he caught Green's eye who silently told him to go before he and Silver were crushed. Ash ran. Ran like he never had. Far away. Only as he was driving back to Cerise Laboratory did he realise what he did. He left Silver and Green to die.
