When somebody identifies as a Demi-Boy that means that even though they were identified as a Boy, male, a man at birth they don't feel 100% like a boy mentally, socially, or emotionally. The other term for being a Demi-Boy are Demi-Man, Demi-Male, Demi-Gender.
The male equivalent to Demi-Girl is Demi-Boy, the non-binary equivalent is Demi-Nonbinary, and the neutral equivalent is demi-neutrois. There are also Demi-Agenders which are people who feel partly agender and partly another gender (usually a non-masc, fem or neutral gender, for example: partly aporagender). Demi-Girl can also describe someone who is but not wholly, so that they feel more strongly associated with "female" than "male," socially or physically, but not strongly enough to want to identify as a woman. Demigirls may also identify as Demi-Gender, Non-Binary and/or transgender.
