Sexual attraction to people who are not, at the moment, menstruating. Some extremes may be attraction to those who can't menstruate or who have never menstruated. It's the opposite of menosexual.
This term is controversial, and may be seen as more of a fetish than a sexuality.
In its extreme forms, there is also implicit pedophilia in this as children have never and can't menstruate yet.
