I got up the next morning with Julie, she took a shower first well I got my hockey gear stuff making sure I had everything before we switched and I took a shower before changing (outfit above). we heard a knock on the door so Julie opened it revealing Dean an the guys

De- we are supposed to meet Tibbles so we can head to the rink. you chicks ready?

we both nodded and I grabbed my hockey bag before walking out of the hotel with them. I talked with Dean all the way till we got to the rink. I got into my gear and walked onto the ice with Julie, Ken, Dwayne, Dean and Luis. I saw all the ducks but this one boy caught my eye, he was standing next to this boy with a short of mullet. I was holding my helmet so everyone could see us, well Tibbles started introducing us one by one I stood next to Dwayne watching. Eventually it was my turn so I started showing off what I can do

T- that's Dakota Portman, one of the Portman siblings. from Chicago one of the best offenses in her state. she is a beast on the ice, make her mad and you best hope you are ready to be in the hospital. 

the coach for the ducks than spoke up

??-hospital?

T- she put 3 kids in the hospital over because they hurt her brother on the ice, she is a real devil.

I smirked and removed my helmet once I got over to the wall. well Dean had to make his grand entrance and start knocking over everyone making me sigh knowing this was gonna cause a fight in which it did, I stood back by the kid from earlier watching since I didn't care to be in this fight in which it didn't last long before the coach known as Bombay sent us to scrimmage, I got knocked over by this guy known as Fulton and in exchange Dean knocked him on his ass while helping me up

De- he didn't hurt you too bad right?

D- nope I'm good

he nodded and went back to the game, eventually Bombay stopped us and said we could go change but had to be back her by 8am tomorrow.  I walked into the locker room with the others an started removing my gear, I got off almost all my gear when the mullet boy from yesterday an the blue eye boy from earlier walked over to me

??- I just wanted to say you were awesome on the ice, I'm Charlie Conway. captain of the ducks!

??- I'm Adam Banks also on the ducks. you were amazing!

I chuckled an looked at them both ignoring my brothers glare

D- well I'm Dakota Portman from Chicago an thanks. you guys weren't bad

they chuckled in which I joined, they went back to changing so I did the same. I got back into my outfit from earlier before grabbing my back an leaving the arena waiting outside for Dean. Right as I was waiting Adam came out an spotted me before smiling an walking over to me

A- hey, how did you like it? 

D- eh it's too soon to judge, so far you all seem uh interesting 

he chuckled before nodding

A- understandable, we aren't so bad once you get to know us. the only person whose really a tough person to crack is Fulton

I looked at him with my eyebrow arched

D- the boy who looked like the paler version of Dean? he looks like a soft teddy bear

??- who looks like a soft teddy bear?

I turned to see my brother standing there with his bitch face on making me sigh an smile at me

D- we are talking about Fulton

he looked confused but covered it up with his regular face

De- whatever, let's go. you need to eat

D- yeah yeah, see you tomorrow Banks

he waved by at me as i walked with Dean

De- we didn't come here for boys

I looked at him like he was stupid

D- what are you on about?

he looked down at me before looking straight ahead

De- we came here to play hockey an represent our state not mess around with boys

I scuffed an rolled my eyes looking forward as we walked to the hotel

D- I wasn't messing around with boys, sorry I was getting to know my team mates so that I know who I am playing with

De- you don't need to know. we will only be with them for a month than we go back home simple. I don't need you getting attached to these people an being heart broken when we leave

I sighed and kept walking, we got up to my hotel room an I gave him a hug

D- thank you for looking out for me, but don't worry about me.. I can handle myself

he chuckled an ruffled my hair

De- I'm sure you can, I will order you room service so you have something to eat

I smiled big before thanking him an going into my room. the food arrived and I started to eat while drawing in one of my notebooks while jamming out to music with my walk man, Julie came back and she did her thing so I gave my mom a call telling her what was going down before accidently falling asleep on the phone.. guess I was still jet lagged from the plane.. oops..

(sorry for the slow updates, school is keeping me busy an i just have a lot of stuff going on but I will try to write more<3)
