This method does not require any visualization! This is great for people who can't imagine in their heads! All you have to do is the intention to shift! It's as simple as that. Throughout the day say before you do something, I will ____. For example, before you drink water, say i'm going to drink this water, then do it. It helps you mind get into the motivation of shifting! I recommend this method to shifters who have already shifted using different methods because it could be a little confusing. So just have the thought in your mind to wake up in your DR and you will be there!
