Today, I want you to intend to do everything before you actually do it. For Example, say your about to drink water, say I'm going to drink this water, then drink it. Before watching a YouTube video, say I will watch this YouTube video, then watch it. This method helps you get into the mindset of shifting realities because when you say I will shift tonight, you'll be able to shift because you've been doing this with everything else throughout the day!
