Today you need to understand the logistics of shifting, to actually shift. First of all, you are physically not shifting realities, your subconscious is. When shifters say "reprogram your subconscious" they mean reprogram the part of your body you are using to shift. Your subconscious is also referred to as a little gland in your third eye! That part of your third eye, is the only actual part of your body shifting realities. You also do not create a reality while shifting, you simply move your subconscious from one body to another. There are and infinite amount of universes out there and you shift to one of those infinite universes. Make sure you know that you're not creating a reality when shifting to it. I definitely think knowing the logistics of shifting help when traveling to another reality.
