It had been the next day after the Mourning Hunt, which led to a lot of confessions and comfort for King, Vee, and Raine when Eda, Hunter and Luz returned. Raine and Vee were resting from the mental stress from their encounter with the Gladiator, leaving only Luz, King, and Hunter to head off to school from the Owl House, since Willow and Gus went with their families to give them a little sense of security and Amity, Lilith, and the twins bunkered down in the older witch's office.

Currently, Luz was overlooking Vee, who laid in her bunk as Luz put a bottle of gatorade on the nightstand and handed her one of her Azura books.

Luz: There you go. Here's a drink to get back your electrolytes and Good Witch Azura book 4. Anything else before we shove off for the day, Sis? I can always stay home if Mom and Hooty aren't enough

Vee: No, I'm fine, really. Go on and get to school, I know you don't want to miss it.

Luz: *nods* Alright, I'll see you when I get back. *leaves* Bye, Vee!

As Vee said goodbye to Luz, the human got a bit too excited as she descended from the tower and into the attic of the house. Meanwhile on the second floor, Hunter and King were dressed in their HExside uniforms, about to shove off to the front yard and wait for Luz.

Hunter: So, how have things been since the whole..... You-know?

King: Oh, Um.... Fine, I guess. I mean, I still know next to nothing about who or what I truly am or what a Zorua even is, but I at least met my true father that night. Now, I know I'm not the last one of my kind.

Hunter nodded as he and King heard Luz clambering up in the attic, but as soon as she dropped the ladder to head down.

Luz: Come on, brothers! After all, another day, another spellbinding course at Hexsi- WOAH, OH SHIT!

Luz stepped a bit too far, tumbling down the collapsible ladder and falling onto the floor, banging her head on the final stair.

King: Oh Titan, Luz!

The two males went up to their sister to get her up and see if she was alright, only for her to moan and rub her head as she opened her eyes. They seemed normal enough, but one of Luz's pupils was smaller than the other for some reason.

Hunter: Oh wow.... Uh, Luz? Are you feeling okay?

Luz responded to her older brother, but when she spoke, she didn;t speak in the language they were familiar with. Instead, she spoke in what King called, "That weird tongue that's too fast to understand."

Luz: Muy bien, ¿por qué preguntas? (Just fine, why do you ask?)

Hunter: .....Excuse me?

King: Oh no, not that weird language!

Luz: ¿De qué estás hablando, King? Me siento bien. (What are you going on about, King? I feel fine.)

Hunter: Why is she talking like that?

King: I have no idea, but I think Mom can help with it. Help her get down to the living room, I'll go and get her.

With that, the little demon ran down the stairs as Hunter helped Luz up to her feet and helped her walk to the stairs

Hunter: Alright, come on. Easy does it, we don't want you hitting your head again, Luz.

Luz: Gracias, Hunter. Eres un buen hermano mayor. (Thanks, Hunter. You're a good big brother.)

Hunter: Uh, you too?

Meanwhile in the kitchen, Eda was mixing a purple concoction with a wooden spoon whilst she read from one of her spellbooks. The mixture in question was meant to help heal the physical stress upon her partner and daughter.
