1 VOICEMAIL that changed it ALL

"Benjamin get all of these people out of my bed.....", Miranda said waking up. "Especially this little gremlin right here", Miranda said tickling Mina.

"Mommy I'm not a grem...lim...", she laughed.

"Gremlin baby...haha not Gremlim...."

"I'll trade you this pot of gold at the end of this rainbow child for your Gremlin", Ben said waking up handing Gianna to her and she was just giggling as usual.

Miranda kissed all over her face and belly as Ben slipped out of Ben trying to leave. "Oh hell naw Benjamin get back here you set me up.....she smells like rode kill.... Baby what did daddy feed you???!!"

"No bad words mommy", Mina said holding her nose.

While Miranda got Mina and Gianna cleaned and washed up for the day. Ben got breakfast started for everyone and made BJ get in the shower and Milana and Mels after one another.

"Let's say grace", Melanie said.

As they ate and talked Melanie's phone kept going off. "Who is calling you so early Mels? And your phone was going off last night too", Miranda said.

"Just a group chat with some friends I'm in with from school", Melanie lied.

"The same school where you're still fighting people at, but they are your friends?", Miranda questioned.

"I haven't had a fight in months ma....everything is better. Promise it's just friends", she lied again.

"You know Mels just because I have a million of yall running around this house now doesn't mean I've lost my ability to know when one of kids is lying."

"May I be excused......Dad?"

"Miranda is talking to you Mels, don't disrespect her like that."

"I'm not dad. I'm just asking to be excused from the table."

"She's going to call Brrrriiaaannn", Milana said teasing her.

"Shut up you dim wit....", Melanie said in her face.

"MOOOOMMMM MELANIE IS THREATENING MY LIFE", Milana yelled.

Miranda shook her head. "You miss this now baby?", Ben asked laughing and Miranda kicked him under the table.

"What was that for babe?"

"For it not being past 8 weeks yet. I need to be destressed already", she pouted and Ben laughed.

"Didn't you just get out of the hospital? What are you trying to do leave us to fend for ourselves again", Melanie said upset pushing her chair into the table hard then walking towards her room.

"Leave the phone on the counter!", Miranda said firmly and Melanie slammed it on the counter before walking out. "I don't need it anyway. It's not worth it."

"What's her issue babe? Did I miss something?", Miranda asked.

"My guess is just as good as yours", Ben said finishing up his food.

"Well I need to go pump and I'm tired honestly still. But I need to tackle this before I tackle her", Miranda said getting up to go get her pump and then into Melanie's room.

"Melanie Alesha Warren you want to tell me why you're taking whatever it is bothering you out on everybody else?"

"I'm not. I don't have a problem. Can I finish my homework now?", she said snappy.

Miranda stood there with her eyes burning a hole in the back of Melanie's head and Melanie turned around. "I'm sorry. I just need time to myself right now."
