If I had my life to live over
I'd try to not hang over
Past mistakes and wasted time,
Broken promises and things that are not mine.
I would smile, laugh and cry
Like the time does not pass by
Try to think of happy faces,
People that deserve more chances,
Moments that remain in our hearts
And feelings that die hard.
That's the life I want to live
Moments that I want to freeze
Keep them all just for myself
Until I can show the world how happy I am.
