It's dark again. You blinked to see if there were any changes. But you could still see nothing. Your hands darted around to feel for something.
Soft fabric. It felt firm. The couch. You were still here. In the skeleton brother's house. But the. feeling felt faint. Unreal. You released a heavy breath.
So much had happened in less than a day. Sans was being unfair. He put so much pressure on you in that moment. How did he expect you two to pick off where you left off when you don't even remember anything?
How did you even know that they were telling the truth? You had known the skeleton for almost a month. From that one month, he had proven to be rude, selfish and careless.
But Flowey. You had known him longer. Would he lie to you? How would this benefit him? You decided to stop wondering. Your head felt like it was spinning with all of these questions. It wasn't helping.
You tried to stand up from the couch, hoping that you could make your way to the kitchen. A few pillows slowly fell off of the couch, softly hitting the floor. You prayed that neither of the skeletons heard the ruffling noises.
As you stood up, you felt something brush the heel of your foot. You jumped at the sudden feeling, suppressing a squeal. It burned your throat to escape your lips.
You quickly looked to the ground. Nothing. You backed up, hoping to feel the couch. Nothing. You stumbled, almost losing your balance. But something held onto your wrist. You tried to wriggle out of its firm grasp, yet they only tightened their grip. You winced at the sudden pain.
You heard a cruel noise from behind you. It sounded terrible. It didn't stop. You tried to leave its grasp, but it's grip seemed to tighten every time you moved now.
You forgot where you were and screamed at the unknown to stop. To let go. To stop holding on. It hurt.
The noise slowly hushed, and you let out a sigh in relief.
"It's not I, that needs to let go.
"It's you."

You sat up in urgency, looking around at your surroundings. You struggled to catch your breath, to even it out.
You were.. At the skeleton brother's house? Again? Was this a dream? Was that a dream?
You heard someone coming down the stairs and immediately laid down on the couch again. It was still somewhat dark, yet you could see the outline of Papyrus leaning over the couch. You felt uneasy under his watchful gaze. You heard him click his tongue before walking to the kitchen.
"I KNOW YOU'RE AWAKE. I SAW YOU."
Oh. Well fuck. You sat up, rubbing the back of your head. "Heh, well that's embarrassing." Papyrus seemed to be lost in thought before rolling his eye lights.
"THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. IT'S PITIFUL." Rude.
"So, where are you going?"
"I DON'T SEE HOW IT CONCERNS YOU."
"I was just asking. Just curious."
"OR JUST NOSY."
"Look, are you going to tell me or not." It's too early for this bullshit. You didn't want to deal with his.
