Y/n's POV

Hearing the music flow in the headphones, I nod my head to the beat and began singing the lyrics.

"Baby know what you're doing tonight?
I see that look in your eyes
I feel the same, yeah yeah
Miss your lips girl, when we kiss
Why don't we handle this?
Girl, you know I need some affection." I harmonized into the microphone.

After singing my part of the song, I then added some ad-libs over mine and Zen parts. As the track nears the end, I take a glance through the small window and see Zendaya staring at me. I flashed a smile showing my imperfect teeth, and she returned the friendly gesture with a beautiful smile. "I wish I get to see that smile every day," I thought to myself, and a loud screeching noise pulled me out of my trance. Taking the headphones off and exiting the booth, I see Z laughing I kinked my eyebrows up in confusion and asked,

"Why are you laughing, Z?" Zendaya stops laughing and she starts speaking. "Cause you jumped as if you saw a ghost or something," She hysterically said.

"Well, that shit was loud as fuck?!" I joined her in laughter fits. Thirty minutes later, we've calmed down from our laughter and were talking about random things.

"When I was about four years old, my parents had gotten me and my sisters a puppy which ended up being a bad idea." I started to tell Zendaya the story of the Christmas party gone wrong, "So, we were doing great with the puppy with training it to obey the rules but, not good enough cause my parents weren't too happy that year," I said, remembering what Daxter did to the party.

"Let me guess, the puppy chewed the presents from under the tree," Zendaya says, and I chuckled at that answer. Shaking my head no, "He ate something alright, and it wasn't the Christmas presents either." I told her, laughing a little before saying, "It was the ham for Christmas dinner, and my mother was pissed. I mean full-on Spanish mode with yelling words a 4 and 6 years old shouldn't hear." I said, looking at Z, her face held a shocked yet amused on it.

"Damn, your mom sounds scary when it comes to her food," Z says, and I nod only nod my head in agreement. After we talked a little bit more, we decided to finish the track completely. We ended up tweaking a few parts of the song to give it that best-selling single of the decade, and I know it's going to blow the internet for sure. My phone started to chime the text tone indicating someone was texting me; I pulled it out of my pocket to look who the culprit was, DOUBLE TROUBLE 🙃🥱
