Aftermath

Tick Tick ....Boom

Yohan walked into the room, cautiously, confidently, his eyes were fixed on the two men in front of him. From the corner of his eyes, he saw the glass box and the shadowy image of a motionless body inside.He went down to the center and stopped a few meters from both Lee Young Min and VP Shim.Lee Young Min gleefully smiled and clapped his hand seeing Yohan as if greeting an old friend. He went up to  Yohan and embraced him. Yohan kept his hands to his side. Lee Young Min finally pulled back,his hands still on Yohan's shoulder, smiling warmly. 

"It's so good to see you. We thought you were dead. I even prayed for you," said Young Min fondly and walked back  to VP Shim.

" Let the voting begin! " cried the announcers unanimously and the ballot monitor came alive with the number of people casting the furniture vote in the app. 

"You have my attention Young Min or should I say  Chairman Jo Gwan Cheon . What are you up to aside from illegal business. I thought that you have turned a new leaf after your sentence , "said Yohan calmly. He didn't turn to look at the big screen, he was eyeing the two of them, intrigued. Young Min had looked older since he had last seen , he had beefed up, his hair was the same. His dressing was meticulous. It was his eyes  that concern him, when Young Min withdrew  from their hug, Yohan  had looked directly into them. They were maniacal eyes, excited to see what was coming ahead regardless of the consequences. He had something planned, the question was what?

Young Min  giggled 

"You got me , Judge Kang , I am  the elusive Jo Gwan Cheon . And may I introduced to you my half brother , VP Shim." VP Shim curtsied and gave a devilish grin. 

"A brother ? One of you is not enough disruption ?I can see the resemblance , congratulation on the family reunion , " said Yohan sarcastically.  He heard  a chugging sound from the  left side where Gaon was held captive. It was the piped running through Gaon's glass aquarium cage from the wall. 

Young Min was also listening  and held up one of his hand. 

"Ah , I think we have hit more than one hundred. The fun has already begun !"  

Water was flowing into the box . 

Yohan heart beat. He wanted to run to  the glass box and break it open but it would show a sign of weakness. He cannot show that to these two. 

" You know Judge Kang, I should thank  you for our family reunion and so much more ," said Young Min slowly circling  Judge Yohan.  

"Really, I'm flattered and what else did I do to help you, "said Yohan nonchalant. 

From  the corner of his eyes , he could see that the water had risen a foot high. Gaon's trousers and shoes were wet. The water  splattered on Gaon's face causing him to stir. 

Yohan turned back his attention  to Young Min. 

"After my sentence, I had felt something that I hadn't felt for a long time ."

"Remorse?"

Young Min  laughed  until tears came out of his eyes. 

" Your funny. No.... Attention. You see my parents were  always busy, they never  had time for me. I was always alone , in the day time,  alone at night.  Father was playing behind mother's back. and mother, as you know was busy being a model 'citizen'. So I involved in  extra activities , it was exhilarating  but it was getting lonely  after a while. People just wanted to be my friends because I had money and I was Minister Cha's  son  ." Young Min was still circling him.
