[Places: School, hideout]

The school is holding an open house for parents. I don't want to stay in the classroom so... Not thinking of the possible consequences, I wander off.

(A/N: He reached the hideout)

The sound of the piano travels out from the classroom hideout. It's Yoongi hyung. I open the door and walk in, quietly finding a spot. It's nice to hear. He continues playing even though he must know I've walked in. It's almost like I've been given permission to be here. I like the sound of his piano playing. Oddly enough, it helps me feel calm. I know it's impossible, but it's like hyung understands how I feel, and he's trying to console me.

I listen for a while until the music stops at the rough sound of the door being forced open. "You rascals! What are you doing?!" I look towards the door to see the very angry Dean of Students stepping inside. "You delinquents, not in the class you're supposed to be in!"

An outstretched hand suddenly hits my cheeks, and I fall over. A flurry of verbal abuse pours over my crumpled self. Just then. Yoongi hyung shoves the teacher's shoulder and steps in front of me.

"Wow, look at this kid... You put your hands on a teacher? You better prepared, Min Yoongi." With that ominous statement, the teacher leaves the classroom.

"Hyung, sorry for making you---"

"It's nothing."

Why did he help me?

It's the first time someone's protected me. I don't think I'll forget the view I had on his back for a long time. The corners of my mouth keep turning up. My cheek must be swollen, because it's throbbing.

"Why are you smiling?"

"I don't know. I just..." Still smiling, I raise my hand to my cheek and hyung stares dumbfounded at me before breaking into a smile himself.

"Are you going to go to class?"

He sits down next to me instead of answering. We sit there wordlessly for a while. The feeling of getting closer to him makes me feel giddy the whole day.

But the next day, Yoongi hyung stops coming to school. 2 weeks later, he's expelled.
