A month passed since the day I was selected in the interview.. I still remember the day when Arjun had such heated conversation with mom dad that I felt my head exploding..

But that made me realize that I really can't keep this a secret with my parents and they have to know it soon..

It's his birthday tomorrow, my Arjun's birthday.. July 10th it is!

And I felt tomorrow would be the right day to say it out.. I feel they wouldn't say a no.

Right now I'm standing infront of my parents room along with Bhai and looked at him.

"Don't give that innocent look Divi, what will I say?", He asked

"Bhai please na, say some excuse.. I really wanna go to his home", I pouted

"What excuse at 11:30 at night Divi.. pakka they won't allow", he said

He's right too.. why will they allow at this hour of time? But what do I do to go his house now?

I looked aside and realized Bhai went inside the room.. what is he gonna do?

"Mom dad, can I and Divi go out?", He asked

Wow, just wow? How straight? Why will they even accept.. I thought Bhai can do something nice but what is he doing?

"Now? But where sid?", Dad asked

"A night drive may be.. I really wanted to go and seeing Divya not able to sleep, I thought we can go together", Bhai said

"No, not now.. it's already very late, you guys better sleep now", mom said

Bhai looked at me and I gave him a sad smile..

"Ok fine, go but come early ok? Don't be late", dad said

"You accepted?", Bhai asked surprised

"Yes.. now go before I change my mind", dad said

Bhai smiled and came out and I hugged him tight..

"Thank you thank you thank you", I squeezed in happiness

"I still don't know how he accepted", Bhai said

"Me too, but let's think later.. come fast", I said going to my room

I picked my bag and hurried to the car sitting next to Bhai..

"You where never this excited for my birthday", Bhai said

"Don't be jealous Bhai.. I was excited more than you always, you still have the small greetings cards I made for you every year", I glared

"Chill, I was just kidding", he laughed at my reaction

I smiled and we soon reached Arjun's house and again I was scared what to say to his parents now..

We rang the bell and aunty opened the door..

"I'm so sorry aunty, did we disturb you?", I asked nervously

"Arre Divi, come in.. you din't disturb but you here at this hour?", She asked

"Ahh that.. it's..", I din't know what to say

"Why are you so scared dear, I won't eat you up.. I know you came coz its his birthday", she smiled warmly caressing my cheek

"Hello aunty", Bhai smiled at her

"Siddharth right?", She asked

"Arjun was saying about you the other day.. and yeah, he's in his room Divi", she said
