IVO'S POV

I make sure that I look maayos before kuya and I went to the recruitment hub. Nag spray pa ako ng perfume ko and kuya is irate again kasi daw kulang nalang paligo ko yung perfume ko. I just ignore him. He is not me kaya hindi nya ako maiintindihan.

This is the first time that I will conduct the final interview by myself. Trabaho yun ng mga nasa recruitement hub kasi. But kuya said I should be the one to choose who I want to be my secretary. I will be the one who will work with him or her directly. Ayaw ko sana. I want to give the job to kuya pero ayaw ni kuya. Baka daw mamaya hindi ko gusto ang makukuha nya. We use the back door of the recruitement hub. Syempre pa suspense ako sa mga applicant. Beside ang dami din tao sa reception area ng RH kasi ramping kami for costumer service representative. It was my mommy's idea at it was launch 3 years ago.

"Good day sir. This way please." One of the employee ushered me in a frosted glass wall room. Maliit lng iyon. Enough for two or three person. May table, chair and computer.

Pakaupo ko sa likod ng lamesa, the guy give me folders. "Ito po yung mga resume ng mga applicant."

"Okay. You can back to your work. I'll handle it from here. But before tha, kindly ask the applicants to settle in front of the room."

"Yes sir."

I start scanning and reading the resume. All of them are capable of the job position but sad to say puro sila girlalu. Tatlo lang ang lalaki. Isang majubis, isang super payat at yung Slater my love so sweet ko.

Ayaw ko maging bias. So, yeah, all of them meet the qualifications. So far they look capable. Most of them are dean's lister during their higschool and college days. May mga experience na din yung iba. Two of the girls are already married. But I already made up my mind kung sino ang kukunin ko.

I stare at the folders thinking of what to do with the others. Sayang kasi sila. Well, not all of them, but most of them. Let say 7 out of 9 is sayang kung pakakawalan.

I let out a deep sigh. I picked up my phone and send a message to kuya na nasa labas ng kwarting kinaruruonan ko.

"Why?" Kuya asked me as soon as he entered the room.

"Diba mag hahired tayo ng new applicants for team leaders in every department?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Hmm." I picked the seven person I want to put in those position.

"Give this sa kung sino ang pwede mag final interview sa kanila. Tell them that I personally want to be a team leaders. Also tell them to make sure that they are well train bago pasabakinnsa trabaho. I don't want palpak action." Inabot ko kay kuya ang mga resume.

"How about them?" Kuya is asking about the three remaining resume.

"I'll handle them."
